Milano's Pizza And Chicken in Greenwich

All foods are halal and prepared by Muslim people, I like this place and foods.

I had a pizza from here not a problem it was late but the fact that it was late and my food was under cooked turned out to be the reason for my sickness for 3 days I wouldn't tell my worse enemy to eat from there

RUBBISH!!Have used these for years, but have massively gone down hill worst delivery service ever. They tell 45mins and you continuously chase and luck if you get in hour & half to 2hrs.Very poor and no apologies, full of lies with delivery times. Guys learn to be honest or your gonna lose a lot of custom

AVOID……0rdered and was told 40 mins. Called back after 90 mins and was told another 10mins. No show after 2 hrs. Rang and told them to poke it !! Dominos on the way !!! JOKERS

Absolutely shocking customer service. I waited for 90 min and I called he said to me come and get ur order it’s traffic. He never bothered to contact the customer!!! I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star

I have been customer for over 10 years but since they have hired the guy who picks up the phone calls things have been going downhill for Milaones the past year. He is so rude and and disrespectful for customers.Please milaones don’t let this guy give you a bad name.

I’ve been ordering here for years. It’s way cheaper than the competitors and always reliable. Great food and always on time, any issues are dealt with efficiently by friendly and polite staff. Definitely recommend!

As dirty chicken shops go, this one is is as good as it gets. Chicken tastes good, chips are always fresh and the prices are cheap. A good place for a irregular meal.

cold stale food took 2 hours to arrive and not even an apology avoide this place like covid

The first time I ordered from this takeaway the food was delicious. The second time that I placed an order the pizza arrived cold. I ignored their inefficiency. I went ahead a third time and placed an order. This time the delivery arrived over half an hour late and the food was terribly cold. I actually binned the lot. Waste of waiting time and money. Very sloppy service.
