Nando's - Greenwich in Greenwich

Not great. They always seem to have run out of something, the drinks fountain always has shortages, and they never have the black bottle of extra extra hot sauce you see in all the other Nando’s. The staff don’t really seem to give a toss either (particularly the blonde manager who could do with a lesson in good service), and there often seems to be a bit of a bad atmosphere. Plus, it’s expensive - £16.20 for a bit of chicken and some vegetables with a drink, which is even more costly and guilt-inducing when you consider the chicken isn’t even free range! They kept that quiet didn’t they - I’m surprised they get away with it in this day and age of veganism and animal welfare. I and I’m sure many other customers would rather pay a bit more in the knowledge that Nando’s uses free range chicken in its food.

The food was top - notch quality and I was so impressed with how nicely the food is prepared.I have come her on many occasions and the staff are really friendly.

It's Nandos so you already know what you're getting. Food was good, as you'd expect if you like Nandos. Staff were super friendly, even asked how well done I wanted my chicken. Location is good with loads of parking and it's a decent sized restaurant as well.

Extremely poor service and experience. Avoid this branch! Food was not great - they ran out of chicken! Ghost town when it came to staff, the one waitress was on another planet completely ignored myself and other customers and when flagged down got orders wrong eventually requested manager and the attitude was on another level. The manager offered free meals to cover for the next time took details and said HR would be in touch - 3 weeks later absolutely nothing. Extremely disappointed. Fix up.

Long wait to get in there, but it's understandable because Nando's food is never disappointing. The consistency in every restaurant of the chain makes the experience absolutely perfect every time.

The 5 piece peri peri chicken is one of the best I had till now, you can choose the best sauces of peri Peri for your chicken.My personal favorite one is hot Peri Peri.In terms of hospitality the staff was very friendly and always had positive attitude towards the customers.Really would love to go again and again.

Lovely sized restaurant. Staff are very polite and very helpful. Food was amazing, as always, and the service time was good. Children friendly, they have high chairs available. They have also taken on all covid precautions without making you feel like you have to struggle just to eat. Overall a great restaurant and I will defo be visiting again in future.

Best Nando’s by far , love the staff here ! Especially the small Indian lady she’s so nice , always fresh hot tasty food !

This nando is one of the best nando i have been. Staff are really friendly and food is above average level.Chicken is just nando won't say it's perfect but it's good. Side dishes are pretty decent better than average rice taste like new chips very swag. Broccoli is actually good.You have to queue on 3pm Sunday that tell you how popular nando is in this country but you can't blame it who doesn't like piri piri chicken heheheheheh

Virtual queue worked really well. I like the new system of using the QR code to order to your table (instead of queuing). Only a few complaints. There was an option to order 15 wings, we only received 12. My friends ordered 2 bottles of water, they initially brought him 2 glasses. The bottomless soft drink isn’t as attractive as before as you have to keep flagging down the staff (and no more mix drinks Fanta&Coke) etc. This was my first restaurant experience since lockdown. Lots of room for improvement. Food tasted delicious though.
