Nando's The O2 in Greenwich

Customer service was good but food was meh. Came here on Sunday and the chips were 100% re-fried. I’ve never had Nando’s chips so bad in my life, they were crunchy, very brown and basically felt like chewing on oil. I’ve had my fair share of Nando’s and I’ve never seen it like this. If I hadn’t been running late for an event I would’ve complained. The chicken I could also tell was re-heated, defo wasn’t fresh and had that chewy sense. So disappointed.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon. Really nice place to eat, excellent food and service. Especially well done to the waiter who treated us to a really good quiet table after witnessing some rude diners / ladies pushing in and talking over me when he actually approached me and my sister first. :)

Arrived with no booking, there was a queue outside and we were added to a virtual queue and then with 15 mins were notified to say our table was ready. Ordered easily via app. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was amazing!

A well organised chicken shop in the middle of numerous cheaper chicken shops in the fried chicken capital of the world.Lovely well cooked food.Decent eating environment. Better staff than in many food establishment.Quite expensive. Very popular amongst the local police who seem to eat nothing else than carry outs from here.

I had the best Nando’s I have ever had in this branch it’s always fresh and perfectly cooked never over cooked like the one near the Ikea wouldn’t recommend that one. This branch is way better and the seating area is quite nice.

The first time I went to the O2 Nandos was on results day, food was literally perfect, staff polite, good service. More recently I came and my chicken was on verge of being cold, I asked if it could be heated up and a staff member checked and said they weren’t allowed to be taking food back to heat it up. The staff were polite, I was just disappointed with my food second time round.

The staff members were very rude when entering as I was confused about how the store worked due to covid and the changes. This restaurant has 3 floors and beautiful decor so I was confused on how it worked. Everything is now online and you just scan the qr code and order your food without coming into contact with any staff members which I like. The food took roughly 15 minutes to arrive and came cold. The chips were warm but the wrap was cold. The tortilla wrap was ice cold and so was the chicken. There was a lot of sauce on the wrap and they presented it really beautifully.

Huge Nando's in a great location. We had a wonderful time with our friends! Food was wonderful.

The food here is absolutely delicious! I've tried nandos all around the city but surprisingly you could taste the difference because here it tasted so much more fresh. I was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the food.We had the plant based, great imitator. Last time I had the burger one and it was terrible but this time I had with wrap and it's absolutely delicious!The system is still to queue up on the phone. They have three or two floors but only one floor was open which I didn't understand why and because of that, it lead us to wait for half hr to get a table and when we did get a table half of the restaurant was empty. Not sure why they making customers wait so long.If the food hadn't reached to our expectations then this nandos wouldn't have been worth it but the ambiance, food and staff were excellent.
