Friendly staff but food disappointing spent £70 but it was worth around £30 food over cooked and cold shame as was told good comments about the place

Over half the delivery order thrown away.Many dishes bore little relation to either their original Asian origin or the anglicised version we have come to get used to.Also most of the dishes had an unpleasant chemical aftertaste.

Waited two hours for my food. No one picking the phones, always busy. Clearly customer satisfaction isn’t paramount to the success of your business.

Such a delish choice menu C and barbque spare ribs ordered for my belated birthday treat.Everything was perfect and so much easily feed 3 people just two of us tho.Absolutely a great choice thankyou East Ocean ordered 22nd oct 2021.Also delivery so quick well impressed definatly order again.

Omg their food is amazing, we ordered yesterday and definitely would recommend. Best Chinese in the area with a 5 star Food Hygiene Rating. We will be ordering again soon, thank you :)

The food is very good. Dont be fooled by the outside. Be aware that there not open on Tuesdays... I went there trying to get in to order. The shutter was open but nobody in. Decent Chinese.

Dirty Shop Sign and never cleaned. This sums up the ethos of local shop keepers in Plumstead. They are quite happy with their properties looking dishevelled and dirty driving the area down. Local business owners seem to have zero passion for their business appearance. I will update in the near future to establish whether they can be bothered to clean.

Very bad service, ordered meal at 5.55 still waiting at 6 15 rung ro find where it was and was told it was on the way. 15 mins later still nothing rung again was told they would speak to the driver. Another 15 mins still nothing so rung again and was told some other story so we told them to cancel the order cos we had waited 2 hours

really good food and decent delivery times. They were polite and let me know when they're busy so delivery times will be slow.

My wife went in to order food, lady serving her was rude, took phone orders while still dealing with my wifes and told her to wait. Finally took my wife's order, then served a man who ordered by phone, only to aim a sarcastic comment to my wife about loyal customers who order via a phone call. My wife responded by pointing out her poor customer service by taking two orders via the phone while not completing her order, a customer in front of her. The server/receptionist went to argue but my wife asked for and insisted on a refund, and took her custom else where. Reasonable food but very poor service. Will never use again.
