Amazing pizzas with gorgeous slides, delicious salads and friendly staff plus comfortable-nice atmosphere:))) I really recommend to visit for everyone;)

All the orders must be done online, two of my three dishes didn't have it, and on the website, nothing was mentioned. There is no way to cancel, as you pay online through their website. Result? They sent some other dishes instead. The ones they judge is a good balance—what a joke. Never again.

This branch needs some updating. Staff need some vibes to. Considering its £25 just for a large pizza with stuff crust i would expect them to have everything in stock too. Chilli oil was finished, when i asked for it no one came to tell me it was out of stock for over 5 minutes

Ok place. Wouldn't go back if I'm honest. Haven't been to pizza hut in years. Went with the family. As its covid I just expected way more. There was no sanitisers at the door. The thing was empty. There was no wipes... just no nothing. In terms of salad bar.... it would be better if they had covers so that the food isn't exposed. Staff who were refilling the salad bar had no gloves on or anything. The potato salad looked dirty. There was no pasta. The chicken wings were undercooked. The pizza hardly had cheese on it which was strange. It was like a sprinkle of cheese. Lol like what the hell.Got the brownie for dessert and it was stuck to the plate lol I was just so over it and ready to go home. The regret set in. Lol

A visit to pizza hut after a good decade, and must say I'm glad I never went all then years. The venue was nice and clean but the service was disappointing, only 2 people working so pizza took almost 45mins to come. The quality of the food aswell has gone downhill, remember the days when you used to get fresh large portions. Starters was so dry and then dessert was tasteless aswell. Definitely won't be going back for many years.

A bit on the small side, which can make getting a table tricky at peak times (and the staff less flexible on your seating preferences).Apart from that you know exactly what you’re getting with Pizza Hut, damn tasty pizza 🍕

Absolutely deplorable staff. Despite sitting in a corner where the sun does not shine on the table. The ketchup bottle EXPLODED all over 3 of the people at our table - including ruining a suede jacket. The staff tried to convince us that the bottle had been in the sun all day (hence mentioning that we were in a corner which would never see the light of day) - absolutely pitiful response from the waiter staff, that only after intense negotiation, reluctantly gave us a free desert. We can understand that these things happen, but when they happen to your customers, we got the feeling that they could not care less as they had already taken our money up front.Avoid because of the staff - food was fine.

We went in on a relatively quiet evening and service was very slow on a very simple dine in order. The salad bar was picked clean and never refreshed in the hour that we were there, plus the cherry tomatoes were old and wrinkly. Servers were friendly enough and the individual size pizzas were okay but we were sorely disappointed in the warm cheesy crisps. After finding them in Yorkshire we were excited to have a batch but at this location the cheese sauce was extremely mean which is a shame.
