Pizza Inn in Greenwich

This pizza goes down like water, incredibly tasty and easy to digest. The whole restaurant has good vibes, friendly staff and owners. Super recommended

I don't recommend ordering from this place.The quality of the pizza went downhill over the last year

Filthy place. Food hygiene is at its lowest. You can't even dine in because of the mix of bad smells and lack of oxygen. I have never seen any of the staff washing hands in this fast food restaurant.. Wouldn't recommend anyone to order from this guys

Good quality pizza that taste better than pizza hut. I used to eat a lot from dominos but now I eat more of this.

Horrible service. Seriously laughable. Delivery over 30 mins late which has you waiting for an hour and an half. The guy got lost and couldn't figure out where we lived and after he finally gets here, children excited and all, he gives us the wrong order. I gave the guy back the pizza which was discounted at 15 pounds when I called them up they just offered to make them again with no discount🤦🏾‍♀️. Kids now crying and hungry and had to order else where. Such a waste of time!

Nice Pizza....however they have become stingy with the toppings.Pepperoni are often cut in half,and I could literally count the sweetcorn on my last pizza. The people making the pizzas?could be dressed a bit more professional i.e not wearing sandals and maybe put on an apron.Hygiene rating is 3.

Firstly we had to call 11 times! Outrageous! The food was of a low standard and I'm disappointed with the overall service. Unfortunately the staff was very rude, they hung up on us several times when we attempted to order food. The pizza box was crushed and the pizza was tough and stale.Would not recommend this to anyone with tastebuds or half a brain.We received the wrong drink and the chips were soggy and drowned in oil.

Ordering from here was a disappointment and absolutely unacceptable. When calling to confirm my order, the staff were very rude and hung up a number of times when asked for information. I waited 2 hours for my meal to arrive when Told it was 45 minutes. The man we spoke with was a poor English speaker and didn't understand what I tried to say. The deliverer went to the wrong address several times and the food was cold, soggy and under my expectations - which were low to begin with. The box appeared to be crushed. Overall, I'm NOT impressed with this service

I ordered a pizza it took for ever to come . Once arrived the pizza was cold and over cooked the chicken was dark and extremely dry when I called the shop the person who responded was rude to me didn't even want to listen what I had to say and juste went against everything that I said didn't even listen to me at all he or she was just telling me I make pizza everyday I know how to make them or again this is how we do our pizza ... Really frustrate me be cause I choose that Place for the price I though that a more expensive place willCertainly have a better quality to justify the price but no cheap costumer service slow delivery extremely rude owner I am really angry and frustrate .

Awful service. 2+ hours for delivery. Called twice to say that they were out of items. Food arrived stone cold. When I called to complain, was hung up on 3 times, and argued with. Thank god the guy from HungryHouse was so good, sympathetic and prompt; got a refund within 5 minutes. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!
