Pizzaexpress - The O2 in Greenwich

Took 12 kids for an early pre-activity dinner. I had booked even though I did not really need to but they had the table ready and were very welcoming. Meal was great and we were out in time for our activity. Restaurant team was lovely. Special thanks to Noelia!

Pizza Express 02 was horrible rude incompetent/ -staff. we paid £400 for bday party - they took 70£ for service charge when he were given 1 super slow waiter to serve 30 people. Management is horrible 1 waiter assigned to 30 people provided horrible service and demanding service charge of £70 . Its was a bad decision to choose pizza express 02

My experience was so lovely, a guy named Zwe, he was so sweet and such a nice person great service!!!! The team was lovely and all thanks to the team in the kitchen who made the lovely food❤️❤️❤️Deffo coming again

Really bad experience at the restaurant1.I been to the restaurant and was No busy at all.the staff doesn’t even invite me inside,I decided to go inside by my self.I chose the table and I make dirty my winter jacket of £100 with ketchup.2.After 10 min waiting for someone to talk to us,One of the lady with white earrings was moving to slow because one of the leg was accidentally she can’t walk properly unable to work asking to stand up to sanitise the table and she split the spay in to my Sun eye…3.Waiting 20 min for pizza and the order we done ,we received wrong pizza.4.I have been charged £75 for 3 pizza when you don’t even have good service and dirty storeReally disappointedBad experience

Very poor customer service. I would not recommend it to anyone. I have been given a table with my friends and I had some snacks with me even though I was ordering Pasta from them. Staff approached and asked me rudely to leave and eat outside.

Food was great and exactly what you'd expect in Pizza Express. The staff were rushed off their feet as it was busy with kids parties but were super friendly and efficient. But the noise!!! 3 kids parties at the same time. We had to almost shout to be heard.

Great location for Vegans. They have a full vegan menu, if it’s not offered for some reason just ask. Not badly priced, loads of options and not just pizza. Staff friendly and attentive and willing to help when you are overwhelmed with finally having lots of choices 😉

When out for a trip to the movies we decided to use a deal from o2 Priority at Pizza Express. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the coupon- we had no problem at all scanning the code from the app for money off our bill. I usually find the pizza hit or miss but the food was good and I was especially surprised by the calamari. Besides receiving a generous portion, the rings also had a tasty, crisp batter that was better than most casual restaurants I've tried.

Visited pizza express as a couple on a non concert day and it wasn’t busy.We got served very quickly and we had a deal on our phone for pizza for £5 which worked and was perfect.We ordered two pizzas between us and two starters garlic bread and dough balls and a wine and coke just come to £32 which was really good.The food came up quite quickly and tasted yummy. The portion size was quite large.

First time visiting it was decent. Pizzas were okay I got charged £2 for adding extra olives which I felt was abit much but meh decent I thought it would be much better but decent. Don't bother with the garlic bread £5 for cheese on bread not really worth it.
