Really bad now it’s literally gone down hillThe guys that own it now are not as friendly and over change deliberately.The food isn’t the same as it use to be me & my familyHave been coming here 14 years now it’s just awful the re heat food in microwave and also the wings are disgusting they use to be spicy and very nice now just dry and chewy they need to sort it out as I’m not the only one complaining so many Blackheath residents are so disappointed

15/12/21Tonight i had cod and chips 5 onion rigs and a leg of chickeni have always liked thiss fish shop untill tonightthe fish was swimming in grease, the chicken was tough,and the onion rings were clealy re fired very upset about this will not go there again. (SORRY)

I have eaten here a couple of times and normally just go for chicken wings, saveloy and chips. I've just tried their cod and chips which at first I thought was a little expensive. However, the cod I received had huge flakes (the size of 3 50p pieces) and was delicious. Lovely batter which wasn't greasy and haven't been able to find a decent piece of cod like this anywhere in years. Well worth the money and would recommend to anyone it's a must try.Staff very friendly too which is always a bonus.

Always my go to for lunch at work or dinner for me and my colleagues if we have a meeting. Can call and order ahead but just as fast to go straight in. Always service with a smile 😃

Haddock cooked to perfection on order. Chips delicious and canned drink ice cold. Very tasty. Staff friendly and helpful smiley. Highly recommended

We was living close to shop,always was getting food, unfortunately we moved,but if I'm in the area always pop in. Always made chips in good oil doesn't smell(this is important for my family) The best one. Never change for 5 year's. Chicken cooked deliciously. Best service,good people. Will be going there. Highly recommend.

A local favourite and family run for the last 20 odd years. During Covid they have kept some vulnerable people supplied with hot food. They fresh cook Haddock, so be prepared to wait (well worth it) and do great Saveloy's and Rock too. The usual suspects of chicken and pies complement their fayre and the staff are always helpful.

This lovely family run business serves the BEST fish and chips. The food is so tasty! However the extra bonus is that they always serve food with a smile. I've been going here for 3 years and cannot fault them.
