T.G.I. FRiDAY'S London O2 in Greenwich

Unfortunately we arrived early, which meant waiting even longer for our booked table, which we finally got to 30 minutes after the booked time. Maybe the food left dropped on the floor between the entrance and the bar (for the duration) should have served as sufficient warning.Once seated, our food order was taken quickly and the starters arrived in good time. Not so the main course which an hour later was still nowhere to be seen. When we enquired as to whether we would be seeing our food it appeared that the order hadn't reached the kitchen and we were forced to leave for our show without eating it. We paid for our starters and left and will not be returning and would advise others to avoid.

Was really looking forward to my visit today, got to the restaurant and only one waiter working for the whole restaurant. cos only one waiter he had to seat everyone together in one section. I understand restrictions have ended but some people don't want to be sat next to 20 other people. such a let down.

I don't write a lot of reviews but I have been to this restaurant 4 times and 3/4 were a total shambles. I have also work in hospitality.Reserved a table in advance. Was asked to stand at the bar to wait for a table. About a 1/4 of the tables were free, just needed clearing and cleaning. Waited for 30mins before getting seated. Only because we asked to speak to a manager. Some of the same tables were still dirty that entire time.Long time between seating and getting seen by server. Food took ages to arrive, pass full a lot of the time with food just waiting to be taken. Ordered drinks at the bar because I knew table service would take ages. We had issues with 5 dishes, ranging from allergies issues to stone cold food. And we were only a party of 4, so that's impressive.Obviously some very new staff, not know table numbers etc. including bartenders which asked me how to make a cocktail on their menu and lost a lot of liquid to spillage, not measuring. Gave me about 300ml of wine instead of 250ml in a wine glass with measurement markings on it.Staff in general seemed aimless, not knowing who was meant to be doing what jobs with few exceptions. No real management in sight or sense of leadership.

I was so impressed from the service by Peter, he really welcomed not just myself but my entire family with a positive attitude and for that, I will forever be grateful! He really took care in looking after my family and checking in with us with our meals! I will definitely be back to visit again! Also to the lovely bartender who made us smile (didn’t catch his name) thank you for your service as well! ❤️

Good restaurant, good service, not 5 stars because my table wasn't ready on time.

Food came out in good time, tasty dishes, excellent service. Good price and food for what it is. Fine dining it isn't, but I can't imagine anybody going there expecting it to be.

We got to the restaurant 40 min early but we was not allowed in , but I saw on another review they was allowed in early and waited at the bar.Other than that the food was nice and our waitress T was soooo lovely and patience. She made sure we was happy and that we had everything we needed. All the staff were friendly and bubbly. I suggest booking because many people were turned away. Thank you T and the rest of the team my daughter had a lovely birthday

They were out of stock of the drinks we were after,( not their fault I know their is a major food shortage) but the waitress (never got her name) gave us off the menu drinks that were amazing! Just going to let this photo speak for itself, one of the best desserts I have had

Dirty dirty dirty... did I mention dirty. The not very attentive staff are friendly when they eventually speak to you on the 2 occasions when they visit your table for the order, and the bill.I ordered Nachos which was 10 tortilla chips under a thick layer of chilli selection (see photo) and I really think it should be called Nacho-seasoned Chillies. It was awful and sadly was missing cheese. I was so hungry from the long wait that I ate what I could so that I could leave as soon as possible.Meanwhile, there were dirty tables all over the show. Not to mention the floors. It's a stomach bug waiting to happen.There are so many decent places at the O2 that I cannot understand why people would visit this place at all.

Only mishap is that you need to book in order to get in. Everyone at the queue tried to book, register in their card details etc to get the food, which can be very annoying.After finally getting inside, we enjoyed some delicious classic ribs. The ribs were very well cooked and the BBQ sauce was nice. Fries could have had a bit more salt but the corn, ribs and this awesome IPA beer from E1 Brew Co were the bombs of the night.Really friendly and professional staff. Excited to visit the one in central London.
