The Village Tandoori in Greenwich

First time using you and have to say not very impressed. Even through food was cooked it was barely warm. Am in two minds whether to use your again.

Our favourite curry house - a really good selection of dishes and vegetables. I’d recommend the king prawn bhuna. Worth a visit to Charlton Village for.

Worst experience ever. Food being delivered is supposed to be stress free and exciting but this experience was the complete opposite. There was no communication from the restaurant, my order took more then 30 mins and never arrived. I was waiting hungry with my gf stressing about where my food was. All the reviews led me to believe that this was a good place but I was so disappointed. Don't trust this place, order elsewhere!!!

Ordered at 8:30 pm on Sunday, 26th Sep. The app said estimated delivery is at 9:10 pm. Even after 10 pm my order hadn't arrived. There is no way to contact Uber and the app provided me the restaurant's phone number. When I called, no one picked up. At 10:10 pm, i received a text message from same number that the person is on the way as it was busy. Still at 10:40pm, order never arrived. Called the number back and left him a text message, but there was no response. Absolutely unprofessional trash.

Very nice food , the king prawn curry came piping hot and was delicious , very good quantity aswell, deffo recommend , will visit again

Lovely food - I often find that curries can taste the same, no matter what you order, but with Village Tandoori each one (that I have ordered) has it's own unique taste. Very polite & helpful staff who always cater to your requirements (more/less spicy etc) quick delivery & tender meats. They also usually add a nice salad and/or popadoms with sauces to the meal, which is a lovely extra. Since I have found these guys I rarely, rarely order anywhere else. Thanks for the great meals!

Small portion sizes, not hugely flavourful and poor customer service.

Really struggled to find a decent indian in the area for about 6 months until i ordered from The Village Tandoori, and now im obsessed. The food is always amazing (I get a chicken dansak and its the best one ive ever had), portion sizes are great, quick delivery and the delivery guys are always so polite and kind which is really rare to find. The fact they can make such a good impression in the time it takes to hand someone food says a lot!! I just wish they would do chicken chaat as a starter without the puree as I could eat a whole box of that on its own...Highly highly recommend - you wont be disappointed!
