Went to wagamama in north greenwhich O2 yesterday and after having eaten half my food I found this LIVE SNAIL 🐌DISGUSTING 🤮I come here all the time, never realised how unhygienic and contaminated the food is !! If they don’t wash their salad what else do they not do?!

The food at Wagamama is always good. It was half term today and the place became very full quickly and one of our children's order arrived after everyone else had finished and then only after a lot of chasing. The staff were nice though. It can get very busy and we've often had to queue but the food is always great and the staff friendly.

Good food but let down by, COVID hygiene, bad service and management. Hand sanitisers are left empty and there is no social distancing. Also meals are not served close together for groups and some of the waiting staff are rude.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the managers and the lady who brought my order on the evening of 21 September :) Customer service couldn't be any better, the managers went extra mile to recommend the best spot where I could finish some work on my laptop and the overall atmosphere was cosy and lively. The chicken curry was perfect too.

Great experience at Wagamama as usual nothing wrong with their food quality, However it felt like they had forgotten our starters as i understand food comes from the kitchen when its made but i had finished my mains before I got my starters but other than that its nothing to fault 😀 took 15 mins to get table but we did go late at night was around 22:00PM which wasn't bad.Had gone with vegan/Veggie options never disappointed but the vegan chilli squid tried for the first time not sure if they were just overcooked battered which made it impossible to eat.

The 1st time I went to Wagamama it was in the west end a few years ago and it reminded me of a production line. For some reason, my sister convinced me to go to the one at the 02. I was a bit sceptical about going but I went. The food was extraordinary. Excellent customer service. A big difference from my 1st time. I can honestly say I will be returning. Another restaurant to add to my list.

Have not been to Wagamama for a few years and was not disappointed on our recent visit. The staff are friendly and attentive. Had the miso mixed vegetable hiyashi bowl (summer noodle salad) and prawn kushiyaki. Very tasty. Spacious outdoor seating area with nice views of the O2 and canary wharf. Perfect for a lunch on a sunny day.
