Yak and Yeti - Eltham in Greenwich

Always very tasty, reliable and quick. The effort, care and attention to detail is clear.

We ordered a takeaway from this restaurant and have to say would definitely recommend it. The food was delicious and there was so much meat.Will be using Yak &Yeti again.

Went to Yak and Yeti when it was a restaurant and was never disappointed with the service and the food, I am yet to try their take away service

No where close to authentic Indian cuisine. I expected it to be mild spicy as per British taste but the butter chicken was sweet as if it was Korma. Chicken biryani was not actually biryani. Just some spiced rice with pre-cooked dry chicken pieces. Vegetable curry came with the Biryani was watery mix of vegetables. What a waste of evening dinner and money.

I'm not even halfway through my meal and need to leave a review! Seriously disappointing- the vegetable dopiaza has a watery sauce with vegetables that may have touched some heat but I'm not sure as they're so crunchy. The one piece of potato was good. The accompaniments well I've had spicy onions but never just a side of diced onions. The raita is plentiful though so making a yoghurt sauce with my curry. Naan is tiny. Too expensive for what was delivered.

It's my first time going to this place, because well, I'm a huge fan of Indian food...but you know what? I might just have become one.I'd definitely recommend the Lamb Jalfrezi and Chicken Xacuti. The meat was perfectly slow cooked leaving it soft, and tender. Also, the blend of spices didn't set my mouth of fire, so that was another suprise. (Yes that did happen to me I'm another restaurant, but maybe because I'm always too adventurous when it comes to new food).The atmosphere was calm, relaxing, clean & comfortable.The service was very pleasant and the waiter was very patient given how indecisive I was, and given how much of a slow eater I am!Overall, a great nepalese-indian place to eat. We will be coming again!

This is my 6th visit to the Eltham Yeti and it has never dissapointed me. Tonight was scallops to start and a king prawn biryani which were fantastic and reasonably priced. Service is supreme, attentive yet not overbearing. Toilets are spotless which is always a good sign. I will be back again.

Great food and polite service. We've been here a few times before and had a good experience. There's a wonderful choice of unusual Nepalese dishes that you're unlikely to find elsewhere and all the ones we've tried so far have been very good with wonderful flavours. We've always visited at lunchtime as a family and the children also love the food. The staff are very polite and helpful whilst managing to remain inobtrusive throughout. All in all we would fully recommend Yak & Yeti in Eltham.
