We were absolutely blown away by the service at the restaurant. They were clearly very busy yet made every effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Congratulations to the staff again! we'll definitely come back, would 100% recommend to families with young children.

Zizzis has sadly succumbed to the apparently unavoidable fate of most italian chain restaurants. Once fresh and exciting starters have become redundant and lifeless. Everything that should be sweet is sour, everything that should be soft is soggy and everything that should be hot is cold. The chefs must have had dough making tips from the CEO of Boxfactory because the pizzas are akin to cardboard, and slathered in salty, chewy and cold toppings. If you havent chipped your incisors by desert, perhaps some half melted ice cream and soggy lukewarm brownie might tickle your fancy. The general atmosphere boils down to tinny chart music that sounds like its being played on a Nokia 550, accompanied by the screams and wails of small children. Zizzi could double up as an excellent venue for a 4 year olds birthday party, with the restaurant owner potentially playing a clown.Zizzi are also very keen to discover your allergy information, as it means they can shove a QR code of their menu in your hand and force you to order your own food via the app. Other establishments take time to make sure nothing harmful gets into your food, Zizzi make it your own problem, even sometimes claiming there are peanuts in garlic bread. The service is also abysmal, where waiters hover like starving animals waiting for you to take the last bite of your Icelands own brand arranchini, so that they can snatch away your plates and smash that 10% 'OPTIONAL' service charge onto your bill. All in all this is one of the worst of the big pizza chains you can visit in 2022. There is nothing remotely unique nor desirable about eating at a one of these resturants anymore. Do something nice for friends and family next time you decide to go to Zizzis, and dont.

Good variety of Italian classic: pizza, tortellini etc. and decent choice of drinks. Great location and nice, competent staff probably will contribute to a memorable visit. It can be busy sometimes so probably it is good to book your table in advance but maybe it was only in that particular day as graduation in Greenwich uni was taking place.

Great service. Really friendly and attentive. However the food wasn't quite as good as I'd expected. Both the chips and courgette fritti were just tiny bits of fried batter. You couldn't really tell what they were supposed to be.We were able to use a discount voucher though which made the cost more palatable.

Sad to leave this review as pizza selection is very nice. However the pizza dough is hard to chew, quite tasteless and not enjoyable at all. Toppings are missing flavour too, not to mention after delivery, you could hardly say was there any extra cheese on it. Not only the look but also the taste forced us to bin most of the pizza.

Had a little hiccup with one of the dishes today and being vegetarian they were absolutely fantastic at solving this problem for us. Peter is most definitely an asset to the team as he handled the issue promptly and resolved it aswell as being apologetic for the generic mistake. All staff were freindly and great table service. Food was great tasting. Wonderful dinner with great views from the roof.Would recommend highly! Thank you

Nice terrace with the view of the Cutty Sark, the river with the busy pier. Food was good. Pleasant and attentive staff. I particularly liked the ease of sending my food order to the kitchen and paying online by scanning the barcode. You don't have to wait for staff to take your order or get you the bill.It was a beautiful Thursday evening hangout with a friend on the terrace till the rain visited.

Wow! The vegan options are incredible. The vegan margarita was delicious. None of that sticky, tasteless vegan cheese you usually get. The garlic dip with the little soul breads was so good. This is my new go to for takeaway pizza. The millionaire shortbread looked so good I didn’t want to spoil it, but of course I did in the end! Excellent delivery time and responsible packaging too.
