Aziziye Halal in Hackney

If I could give less then 1 star i would. Me and my friends came there today with the hope of having a nice time since we haven’t seen each other in a very long time. The atmosphere was ok, my friends came with their baby’s and the place was cold. So we asked if it was possible to make it a bit warmer because of the babies, but just got really bad attitude in return by the first man that came over to assist us. I think he got annoyed with us asking, so someone else came. He was nice and attended to us. We then had food which was tasty but undercooked. As we finished eating, we asked for tea which we got, my friends then wanted to have some dessert but another guy came and cleaned the table( we even helped him ) I then asked him if he could wipe the table too but his answer was well with what? Before you know it he went and came back with a cloth. He then asked us to leave because someone else had booked the sitting area we were (bear in mind there were other vacant sitting rooms)and that they have tolerated us enough. This was so upsetting because we came to pay our money and that’s the treatment we got in return. I don’t recommend at all.

This is my favourite Turkish restaurant in the UK if there is anything better than this then I'd love to see it. Everything from the platter was exceptional and the lamb chops we're the best I've ever had simply blown away 10/10Customer service was spot on highly recommend.

Amazing delicious food. A nice variety of dishes available. The secluded cubicles are great and give a level of privacy.However, the only downside is the attitude of some of the staff. They're really moody, grumpy and are not helpful at all. It seems like they're not willing to help or even serve you properly.The staff need some serious training or should be replaced.

Aziziye restaurant in my opinion is the best Turkish restaurant for families. They have chair seating or floor seating options. Private booth or open area for seating. It's best to book ahead especially for the private booths.The food was excellent. We ordered lahmacun, sujuk izgara, kiyamali pide, lamb doner and guvec. With the mains we got rice and salad. The salad was very refreshing.Guvec; the meat was melting in the mouth. That was my favourite dish.The service was superb. It was fast. We had turkish tea at the end on the house. Bread slices and sauces come as a bonus. We were even given dates with the tea.I highly recommend this restaurant.

Aziziye is such an experience. You feel like you're in Turkey! The food was all very delicious, waiters are friendly and efficient. The food is also really good portion size for the price that it is. Decor, music, atmosphere all top notch! Will definitely go back again soon!

Great eating experience with optional privacy lounge type area at floor level. Food quality is at a very high level. Those who have visited Turkey and enjoyed the food there will enjoy eating here.Service was very good

Finally a place I can give 5 stars.We went there today for the first time for a late lunch. The place was almost empty. So we had no problem getting a table. We chose to eat in the cabin seating. The cabin was clean and neat with a low table.We wanted to try something new as we had become bored of having bbq grill everywhere.We ordered lamb beyti kebab, iskandar kebeb, lahmacun, chips and kunefe. Lahmacun came right away with green rocket salad, sauces, turkish bread and a yogurt dip.Lamb beyti was yummilicious. Iskandar kabab was also good but the bread in the base layer could have been more soft and moist. I loved lamb beyti the most. Both dishes were served with a small portion of rice but it was enough.Kunefe was hot, fresh, sweet and yummy. Just for the likes of an extreme sweet lover.The overall serving size was good for the price and price range was comparatively less to the other turkish resturants in London.The food was more than enough for 2 people and we ended up getting it packed for home as well.Staff was quick and friendly. Loved everything about the place. Gave us middle eastern vibes.One negative point was that being served in cabin had 10 percent service charge which came out to be 4.5pounds.Toilet was very clean.Parking was easily available in surrounding streets.
