We had a nice walk in a very busy Saturday afternoon to the famous Broadway Market. First time when we've been in the market, pleasantly surprised. We stop at Bella Vita restaurant due tot the fact our attention was caught by a clean , heated and good looking terrace. We stayed on the terrace , which has a great vibe , and is actually nice and warm. The food taste and looks great , service was was friendly and warm. Definitely we will return to Bella Vita .

Service was fairly quick on a Sunday afternoon and the staff were very polite. The food looks delicious but unfortunately mine was lacking in flavour and I was a little disappointed. The restaurant itself is very loud and tables are close together, so you'll get the occasional bump and shove from people passing by which can get annoying. Good place to go if you want a meal with the family, but I'd avoid for dates or occasions where you want a more relaxed environment.

We had an amazing meal at Bella Vita, we opted to go for their specials suggested by our waiter . One of the best Slowly cooked porcetta (pork belly) I had in a while , and their desserts were divine , white chocolate profiteroles. Service was amazing , not intrusive , however attentive . We stayed on the terrace , which was a great option, the terrace was looked after well, clean, heated and a nice vibe. I will definitely come back again.

Booked a table for diner as we stayed at a hotel near by.Checked the reviews and we thought we should give it a try.We were really impressed with the starters.The steak was perfectly cooked and the dessertdelicious.Very frendly staff.Worth it to give it a try.Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service and lovely friendly staff. Great restaurant to take kids to. My 4 year old really enjoyed it.

The food was great. I had pasta and for desert I got an amazing chocolate cake with ice cream. It was fantastic. The customer service was good but there's always room for improvement! Overall experience was good.

I went to Bella Vita on last Saturday as I kept seeing it being always vibrant and busy on my way in Broadway Market - so I said to my partner let's do it on a Saturday nightAs we sat, a couple of minutes after that we were told by a waitress that we had to wait for a further 15 minutes to be able to order because there was a problem in the kitchen, we said okay but then the same lovely waitress came back in 5 minutes to take our orders; I believe the manager sorted something out and there was a misunderstanding etc.Our mains (pizza) and starters came at the same right time - actually our starter came after our pizzas, and another waitress said 'the kitchen was messed up' and hence we couldn't get our starter on timeThe pizzas were amazing, and our meetballs starter was okay; I think a normal customer would have given this experience 2-3 stars but as a person who knows hospitality industry and how chaotic it can be I give this experience 4 stars. A quick feedback though: if the kitchen is really 'messed up' there may some actions that need to be taken :)

Never had a chance to eat in but take-away 20+ times.. always Americana with the tea pepperoni . Great taste and consistency, 100% will order again! Regards!
