Best ses food I have had in London and super live music! I recommend!!

My new favorite Jazz, Restaurant Spot, went for the jazz and blown away by the food, fresh tasty, very generous portions, very reasonable priced wines.Friendly helpful staff nothing was to much trouble, booking essential as this place gets very busy.Unique pricing on the food PAY WHAT YOU THINK ITS WORTH !!Please don't take advantage everyone works so hard here, especially the owner, chef. Highly recommended I will definitely be returning I'm a big fan.Thank you Dalston Jazz Bar for a great Night, Experience, Loved Every Minute.

Absolutely recommended! it's just I N C R E D I B L E!One of the most amazing experiences I've ever had in London, and I've been living here for long time! Live jazz music + amazing food, it's incredibly rich, tasty and the portions are very generous! We had a mix of fish, including fresh oysters, a large king prawn cooked in a delicious sauce, mussels and focaccia bread on the side. It was a lot! and so delicious! We really didn't expect to be so incredible honestly! We had an amazing night! One of my favourite bits (as if this wasn't great enough already ): the service is just amazing! Literally everyone working there is open and smile and so nice! The chef was genuinely an incredible person and the waiters were amazing :) It's a gem, a rare and precious place! Please, go if you had the chance! You definitely won't regret it! 5+++ star, no doubt! I'll be coming back soon :)

This place is a real hidden gem. Chef and staff are fabulous and live music always spectacular. Not one for fussy eaters - though they do have a vegetarian option. Choice of seafood meat or poultry for the carnivores and it's always a nice surprise what exactly comes to the table (everything from casseroles, shrimp, oysters, moule). The food is incredible without fail and the flavours are rich and and portion sizes very generous. Pay what you feel is a real novelty and the chef is right to have such confidence in his cooking. I was a little disappointed to see Dalston Jazz does not yet have the full five star rating here that it clearly deserves. Hopefully this helps. This is easily my favourite place to eat in London.

The food was surprisingly delicious and full of flavour, the best I had in long time. With a great atmosphere and jazz playing live. Great concept!A bit crowded and staff not that organised but friendly overall.

A real gem within Dalston. The best music, great cocktails, supreme dancing, and an eclectic crowd. Truly a locals paradise with room for more!

There's a lot going for this joint. It's your typical hazy little jazz bar 🍸 with a great crowd. They had an awesome live jazz band playing 🎷 last time we were there. The staff are really down to Earth and casual 👌🏽 and the general vibe is on point.They have a unique pricing philosophy which encourages you to pay the amount you deem fit for the whole thing. Which I think more places should experiment with. The food menu always seems to have exotic meats on offer. I've tried their ostrich and alligator 🐊 in the past and this time round I also spotted kangaroo on the menu. Definitely one for adventurous eaters. They do also have "normal" food if that's what you prefer 😂.Basically this place is awesome and so worth seeing 🙌🏽

One of my favourite spots in London! This is definitely one of London’s best kept secrets. The live jazz is always fantastic and the atmosphere is amazing. The staff is really lovely and friendly, and the prices are very affordable. The food served is also delicious - and the menu has no set prices so allows customers to pay what they can/what they think it’s worth.
