Awful place. Bouncers are knobs and didn’t let me and my two friends in for seemingly not being gay. Understandable however there a couple and felt very upset after that they weren’t valued members of the community and just based on appearance shunned away. So the bouncer with the dead whispy beard do one

One LGBTQ+ place that is not worth visiting. Bans people without reason and thinks they have an upper hand in picking and choosing who has the right to come in just because they work behind the bar. Food nothing Special - chips were cold.!Day bar staff was dismissive and did not bother to sort the cleanliness of the toilets which smells of strong urine from last night's clubbers. In the evening it gets worse, the bar is filled with some rude, ignorant young bar staff who are dismissive to the laws and people's rights.Bouncers are young and not fully trained and are very aggressive(do not know how to support and treat customers and the homeless with dignity). If you are wondering why because management does not know how to remain professional boundaries. I was banned ages ago when I challenged the barman that the drinks were watered-down and Covid Restrictions and cleanliness were not followed through. (withouth a reasonable explanation I was banned and threatened that the police will be called if I did not leave, so I challenged them to call the police yet that did not happen and I just left!). Perhaps because the bar staffs were too lazy getting pissed, high on drugs as well as working long hours. Seen them in the unisex toilets high as a kite.Yet they have the odacity to ban people......!!Honestly..... Update yourself on Equality, Safeguarding etc. I know my rights!!! You guys are breaching health and safety and discriminating a number of customers (judging on the past bad reviews most of it is true in my experience) . Visited recently outcome :If I did not declare I was ban ages ago you would have served me. But you thought the privilege of me declaring made you superior... To the nasty bar man your social skills are poor. What a waste... been a regular customer since 2018.Peeps... Just go to HEAVEN, MUCH MORE WORTH IT! You are VALUED there!TRUST.

Went there to celebrate my birthday with my friends, left stuff in a corner and were dancing next to it - our coats, jumpers, gloves etc were stolen. There are no cloakrooms and when complained to staff members, they were not willing to engage.

I'm against divisive and unscientific vaccine passports specially coming from a venue claims to be inclusive and sides from liberal values. It didn't work in France, Germany and Wales it clearly won't work in England.

Fun ambiance, very welcoming and entertaining drag queen shows, highly recommend for brunch! Nice cocktails like mimosas and bloody Marys, lattes and hot chocolates! Loved the art/prints photos and the vegan food with a Brazilian hint: the chickpeas pancakes were surprisingly tasty

Bouncers separated me from my friends in the queue, would not explain why and expected me to leave on my own at 1am in the morning. Continued to harass me outside while I waited for my friends to collect me. Staff clearly have no regard for the safety of women. I've never had such a stressful scary and negative club experience before. Would not recommend going here if you care about your safety.

We were told that we couldn't enter as we were a group of 6, 30 people in the queue behind us. Fake reason....Very rude! Going she bar, only place that is accepting of women. Hate having men being rude and derogatory to Women. Bouncers were the worst and just singled us out for no reason. Never had any issues in the past. We were very respectable.

Might be good during the day but we had a really weird experience. They were only playing one album on repeat and we asked to request a song. Bartender lied and told us they didn't have the ipad password. The iPad was clearly unlocked on the wall and open to Spotify so my friend drunkenly changed the song. Instead of addressing it with her they cut the lights on, turned the music off, kicked out everyone in the entire bar and closed an hour early. Then tried to tell us that they weren't closing early but had stayed open an hour late for everyone? Just weird to keep lying to your customers instead of giving honest reasons. We also got like 5 rounds of the same drinks and the total was always 17.50. they tried to charge me 25 the last round hoping I wouldn't notice and I had to have them fix it. Staff seemed really miserable to be working and was just very cold.

I won’t be spending my money at any lgbtq+ Venues that require some kind of digital health IDs or whatever you want to call it. They’re pretending to care about health while half of their regulars are in the bathroom lines for other kind of lines LOL. Showing useless covid passports won’t change the scientific facts unfortunately , extremely woke that they’re blinded. Spend £10 on a drink somewhere else you can enjoy your night out folks!
