Devran Restaurant Stoke Newington in Hackney

One of the best Turkish restaurants I've ever been to. My daughter and grandson have been coming for years. Very attentive service, and the food is excellent. The lamb especially was lovely and soft and you don't have to chew it for 10 mins. These photos are of the family meal I think it's £71 and that's serves 4 very comfortably. It also includes several starter's (not shown). Their bread is too die and very easy to fill up on this even before the food comes out, which I must say didn't take to long. 10/10 Very worthwhile visit, we drove all the way from Twickenham and it was well worth the hour drive. Will definitely go again.

My friends and I are regulars and we we booked a table for 15 of us to be seated together at the back for a celebration two weeks in advance.When we arrived at 14.00 we get split and when we told the manager on duty we booked in advance and spot to him there is a table at the back to fit all of us. He replied: I am sorry it's busy today and he expected people at 16.00. we left at 16.45 and the staff were eating at that table and nobody turned up by then. He you don't like your job... time to change.I worked for 10 years in this business in west end with high profile clients ( celebrities) and the manager on duty did not even offer any complementary drinks or whatsoever.MONEY BEFORE CUSTOMERS GOOD EXPERIENCE. You justify your position and salary on a busy days and ability to resolved situations. He said sorry but he did not mean it.We spent over £300 and tips the staff because they are vey nice.This is the last time we will go to any Devran restaurants and we stop ordering any take away from any Devran branches. They will continue to make good business and I wish them well but not with MY MONEY.It's a shame because we liked it there but the manager on duty ruined the company reputation

One of the best restaurants in Stoke Newington. Their prices are in line with other restaurants. The quality of food is really good. The staff are very helpful and professional.They accept card payment unlike many other Turkish restaurants

First time coming here with the family, the food was perfectly made and presented. Service was friendly, quick and well mannered. No problems at all and very welcoming. I definitely will be back for my birthday.

One of the best, actually the best CONSISTENT Turkish restaurant I have been to. Amazing at managing large and small bookings. Food is incredible cocktails not the best but the food is delicious

This is a really nice place to eat. The place is nice and clean and the staff are all very well mannered and presented well. The food is on point and the price is decent. The portions are ok. I would recommend this place to anyone who is near by. Was alife saver on a 400miles round trip. I would highly recommend this place. The lamb were 10 10.YOU MUST I REPEAT YOU MUST TRY THIS PLACE I ALWAYS PAY THEM A VISIT BEST TURKISH IN LONDON I AM TELLING YOU.

The staff were friendly but the food was ok. Even tough eveything was fresh I did not like some parts of the meat.

I enjoyed the king prawns but my partner had adana and it was horrible. Adana kebab was very chewy and it didn’t taste good at all. Service was fine but I wasn’t keen on the food. I won’t be going again.

Today I dined alone and was looked after by two very attentive waitresses Sevien and Gilta. Unfortunately the waiter who seated me insisted on seating me in the middle of the restaurant where he pulled a table apart for me to sit on the end. I asked to sit closer to the wall but he said that table was for a group of four even though it was obvious that no one else would squeeze them self there next to a complete stranger. It was 19.00 and the restaurant at this time was almost empty. Anyway apart from my seating the food was wonderful. The four stars are due to the waiter.

Ok food, a bit pricey. A nice modern restaurant with good service.
