Really nice lady took my pizza order in store. Pizza was made quickly and tastes delicious. Great experience!

Hate it. Dislike it. The food was cold and hard. The pizza was like rock. And it was like they made it 3 hours before. The food was very cold. Not tasty at all. Just felt like eating plain bread. It was a disaster. All of my guests hated it. Rubbish. 0/10Took more than 1hr 30mins to deliver.

Unsolicited junkmail to my home address despite 'No Junkmail' sticker displayed prominently on my letterbox.

I made a complaint earlier due to missing items and a very long wait caused by a young lady working all on her own.. She also found it extremely confusing to make separate payments :/ I don’t blame her, I blame the manager as she seemed stressed and had a lot of orders but please tell me why I have received a missed call from the store at 22:17pm on a Tuesday evening I made the complaint at 2:30pm… Oh and I forgot to mention the guy called ABDUL that works there thinks his an road man and has NO customer service at all.

Because there website is absolutely rubbish we placed an order and the order went and money was taken from the account we was waiting for such a long time for the pizza and we called the domino's branch in Hackney mare Street to find out what was happening and the first person I spoke to told me that its not on there system and told me that I will get a refund in 4 to 5 working days I then called back to find out why 4 to 5 working days and the person I spoke to then said I will get a refund in 24 hours so I don't have to worry. And put me on hold so I hung and told him to that putting a customer who is not happy with there services on hold on the phone is not professional then he said he has other customers to deal with. I will never ever order from dominoes again.

I ordered 2 large pizzas and the pizzas were thoroughly enjoyed by myself and other person. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste as sometimes chains can be hit and miss. The pizzas arrived on time and were hot on arrival. If the quality is consistently like this I would not hesitate to order from this branch when I decide to have pizza again. Thank you 😊

Called the store today at 8:13 pm to check what the take out deals were, staff member told me to check the website, I asked if those deals applied to this specific store and was told they did. After reviewing deals I called up and placed order, arrived at store and was charge full price. Very lazy staff not telling me about this, unfortunate because I loved coming to this store.

Pizza was nice still haven't it All Kids demolished a whole large 2nd one on the go lol Collection any size pizza £7.99 so bought three 😆🍕🍕🍕🍕
