Worst re-do of a period building I’ve seen. Total dancing school history erasure. Didn’t need an external ‘refresh’ at all, but interior is thankfully unchanged. Yeah, it’s tried to hit the new scene, but missed. But, it’s still a decent place for a beer. 3 stars. 5 stars previously.

Beautiful space and friendly crowd. The selection of beers is quite good!

1st visit.I only stopped by because I was on my way to meet my friend for a gig and coincidentally her name is Farr.I had a Pavement Press cider (1st time too) and enjoyed it. The bar is spacious, comfortable and has a lovely flower garden behind the building.

WHAT A BIRTHDAY TO REMEMBRE!Went into this bar yesterday after having birthday dinnner with friends . Compared to the last time I went it was a breath of fresh air. The vibe was amaze, the DJ play disco which I absolutely love. The Bar Staff was absolutely fantastic. Very caring and warm. Quick on their feet and clearly work fantastic as a team. Id hire them for my bar in a heartbeat. Fantastic.

The music was great, and the atmosphere a bit old building in ruins was super cool.Though ordering is a marathon. The food took almost 40min... For 2 burgers, were supposed to be the same, ended up being different. Funny as they had only one on the menu.Drinks, for beers and classic Rhum coke or gin tonic good. We ordered then a round of 5 margaritas, the waitress just disappeared for 20min. With our glass behind the counter waiting there...Was overall a cool experience but not to do twice.

Brilliant Bar, great location, almost next to the Overground station. Friendly team and a good variety of food as it changes all the time. I tried OH MY DOG which was great. Highly recommended!

Classic hip-per east London pub. Draught beer selection wasn't great but the atmosphere and staff were top notch. Reminded me of why I like pubs so much, busy, lots of chat, buzz and people having fun

We ordered food and it was terrible. £12.50 for a lamb burger that was tiny, and worst of all £11.50 for a veggie burger that was cold, we sent it back and the replacement came back with cold frozen peas! Bar staff were helpful but apparently the kitchen is run by a separate company called Rockit Burgers and they refused to do another one, and closed the kitchen. Terrible! The bar and drinks are nice (gave us or money back) but food really needs to be cheaper, better quality and quantity, and not ice cold!

Dark, cold and unfriendly. Derelict styling, with plaster falling of the wall, bare brick, raw metal ceiling. If you enjoy drinking in an industrial estate with rubble furnishings, it might be for you. Not particularly inspiring or comfortable, and has an air of uncleanliness about it.
