Hayaty Shisha in Hackney

I went here a few weeks ago with friends and we was served food on paper plates! Not happy with that at all, the food wasn’t that nice it was cold and tasteless. He served us 1 bowl of bread and four hummus’s which was unnecessary. The bill he charged us was over £200 leaving the service charge on after we said we wasn’t paying for it. When we looked at the receipt we realised he charged us for extra items we didn’t have and for the bread and hummus’s he bring to the table. My friend phoned them and told him all he could say was Sorry! This place is not worth the money, won’t go back here again!!!

Really enjoyed Xmas Eve here, the staff are really nice and don't rush you out the door like other places, nice place to chill out and catch up with friends whilst smoking shisha. The decor is nice and current, really good for small event bookings, look forward to going again, the mixed grill was also really good - see you guys soon again 👍🏽

Nice place! Really cute! Was a bit disapointed to be served with food in take out boxes. The drinks however were really nicely presented and really tasty! If you do go.. definitely try their burger!

Me and my wife came to this lounge as it looked beutiful from the photos, the photos did not lie the place is absolutey gorgeous with amazing service all round, the bbq hayati special platter was 10/10 and unlike most platters was very filling. The shisha was top notch and the mocktails were so fresh , 10/10 all round

I recently held my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration at Hayaty Lounge. It is a lovely venue and space. Cosy and personal. The food was nice,tasty and I felt cooked with love. Delicious cocktails. The staff and management were great.The service was excellent. Very attentive and to our needs. Now one of my favourite restaurants/bar.

Attended my nieces 18th birthday at Hayaty Lounge. Wow ! First of all the staff and management could not have been more helpful. Made us feel special. Secondly the food was delicious and third downstairs was the perfect venue for our guests. I definitely recommend anyone thinking of a small venue to check the Hayaty Lounge. 5 stars from me.

Yesterday I visited here with my friend for the 5th time and I'm not sure what was going on with the guy who serves shisha but he was incredibly rude.He would roll his eyes at our order and made us feel like a burden for being there. He gave us lychee and mint shisha when we just asked for just lychee and then refused to rectify until another member of staff were present. It was just us and another table so it wasn't busy but trying to get his attention yesterday proved impossible. We had to get up and go to the front of house to get a refill for our tea because he was in the front on his phone. Usually we love the service here and gladly pay service charge but yesterday we had to have it removed.A huge shame as I really liked it here but his attitude ruined our experience of hyatty and for £50+ spend, our money is better off in one of the many other shisha lounges in London.Previous review:A great vibe and hidden gem in Palmers Green. The staff are friendly and attentive which helped to create a relaxing and informal atmosphere.There are a lot of upscale shisha bars in London that miss the mark: They're meant to be communal, relaxed and unpretentious and that's what this lounge gets.We had a 2hr time slot and was kindly reminded when our table was due to be returned without any rush or pressure to leave immediately.The guys changed our coals regularly and even when it got busier, we still felt looked after.My only qualm is that the lamb chops dish was £16, you only get 3 chops and it was served on a flimsy paper plate which, at that price point is a bit of a let down.Saying that, it was juicyy and we'll be coming back again for those chops.Flavour recommendation: get the LYCHEE shisha ! It actually tastes like lychee and smells amazing :)We also got some morro and tea that was reasonably priced at £2.50 with unlimited refills.They left a great first impression, I'd go back again for another relaxing evening with a friend.

Such a lovely atmosphere! Went there and had irn bru and frozen blueberry Shisha, the smoke was nice and cloudy and lasted long! Shisha didn’t get harsh even once and I didn’t need to ask for many coal changes which was great! They offer dark side flavours too! Music was on point 👍🏻 Such a lovely vibe, they do a range of mocktails, milkshakes and delicious food!

Extremely reasonable prices, nicely cooked and flavoured meat, service was impeccable, the waitresses and waiters were attentive throughout the whole night, owner was very accommodating too

Beautiful little place 😍 Drinks were gorgeous 😋 and the staff were all wonderful ❤
