Hot Pizza in Hackney

Great place, Shofi served us and was super friendly and helpful!

We ordered a pizza that just never came???? Lol Also the staff were abhorently rude. Do not order from here.

Has too be the worst store for the company my last 3 orders have given my family bad belly’s bad guts diarrhoea vomiting we will never order from here again rather not eat the stuff is very rude and unprofessional the delivery times are longer then they say it will be food never at good Quality worst experience I have ever had with such a big company

Good quality. Especially with any pizza any size £6.99. Pan pizza are made well. Recommended

Beautiful pizza fast service. Brilliant. Every Friday from now till forever !! LOL

The Marestreet branch lacks in hygiene they need to completely change the staff, they are very rude. I have had food delivered that you couldn't even eat, had to go straight into the bin. Also what seemed to be mice dropping found in pizza box...

I bought deal from leaflet for 24.99 and it included ice cream. And they didn’t give the ice cream and they have excuse that we didn’t ask for the ice cream when it says it comes with the ice cream on leaflet. When we speak with the manager they were so rude when we explain we didn’t receive the ice cream. Also the pizza was cold when we received it. With no dips very dry. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Alas the bad reviews are true. Only made a small order for the first and last time and they still managed to mess it up. The only thing they got right was the veg supreme pizza without cheese as requested. They forgot the side salad and one portion of potato wedges, gave the wrong drink and the cheese on the other pizza was really burnt. Delivery driver was nice felt sorry for him because I'm sure working for this pizza hut he gets grief for stuff that isn't his fault.Update 2021: massively improved in the past year or so. I do not order from here myself but my teenagers do and they are always really happy with everything.

Delivery took 90 mins when first quoted 40. The food was cold and inedible. There was something very suspicious looking on a piece of chicken. Will never be ordering from here and will be getting the chicken tested and informing food standards agency. This place is DISGUSTING

Poor customer service....Avoid!!!!
