Indian Greedy Cow in Hackney

I must say this is a clean amazing simple but complexed tasty Indian restaurant for young or old catering for all I've been put off by other Indian restaurants and their low hygiene/quality but this modern authentic cuisine really Brang back the memories thank you for the complimentary dish also !!!

Another great meal from Indian Greedy Cow. Their website price is cheaper and great value or call them up direct. Super flavours and textures. Ordered my B’day meal and today I ordered for the Xmas party and everybody loved it. Thanks for the extra’s.

Excellent food delivery on time I ordered chicken tikka biryani and chicken tikka sashlick. I will recommend it to everyone.

Charged for an order when restaurant was closed and the manager contacted me to say he would refund my money but that didn’t happen and tried to contact the manager for 2 and a half weeks by phone and email to be fobbed off and told someone will contact you tomorrow. Very bad experience and unprofessional management.

Banging food, order regularly highly recommended. Staff always look after you friendly and nice. Food is one of the best in the area.

It took 2 hours to deliver because "the system didn't pick up the order" but I had to call up to check.. I can accept sometimes accidents happen and that's life. But the food itself was poor, the quality the naan wasn't normal, seems reheated or not cooked in a proper clay oven. Also the curry was poor very bland and tasteless, when there's so many other good options in this area why you you bother, also this place is more expensive look elsewhere

This place, in my opinion, does not even deserve a half star.I ordered a chicken curry for 7£.What I got is this. - An inferior bowl filled with a red sauce (more like a soup) and 7 pieces of chicken. No vegetables. No spices. Just a ton of substandart pepper thrown into it.Without rice or anything else.So I paid 1£ each piece of chicken and for a sauce that did'nt even taste special.This is not worth calling a curry.Edit: I had to put extra rice in it to make it eatable.

Loved the biriyani with madras sauce and tarka dhaal and had the prawn puri starters and shared a lamb chop starter and it was amazing
