Kfc in Hackney

Usually I don't write review but this time I have to...It's almost 3 years that I'm vegan, yesterday night I ordered 2 vegan burgers (on Uber eats) and I realised that it wasn't vegan only when I was eating it.... It was chicken!!!!There is no reason to wrong twice in the same order! Two no plant based burgers in vegan packages!!!!I'm so furious and upset that I had to eat something that I don't want in my diet from ages!!!!These mistakes must not be happen!It's really hard to explain how I feel about it!!!!

Staff not so friendly food not that good. Tasted better. Leyton KFC taste much better must remember.

This is a terrible KFC. Lady tried to overcharge me for a large meal (I didnt ask for large). Then got huffy when I queried it (she repeatedly said it worked out cheaper for me to go large, before giving up and finally putting it through as a normal meal). When I checked the receipt at home she had charged me for extra cheese that I didnt ask for. Opened the box to find there was no lid on the gravy and it was all over the food. Vengeance was hers! Watch out - seemed like they overcharge everyone.

It's just alright. Small so there's no room to have a big gathering at. Food is just alright, nothing spectacular - it's KFC. Food made pretty quickly

The food was good but the service was terrible. had to ask for straws give no wipes or spones for beans. would recommend McDonald's

I was at the Hackney KFC I recieved service quickly and the order was correct, no fuss

KFC is 5min away from my house I ordered tonight the burgers was stone cold and chips was sozzy and cold it didn’t taste good it’s not worth the money.please people try it yourself and you would know what I’m talking about they should close this KFC down.

NO HYGENE AT ALL. Paid £12 for an order and we found a hair in the burger and another one in the fries. DISGUSTING.

I made an order from this KFC through uber eats, which estimated 15-25min. The order took over 1 hour before it even finished 'preparing, this took so long the driver changed multiple times. Once the food was ready and finally delivered it was cold, stale, and overall looked miserable. I couldn't even eat it. Kfc quality has definitely gone downhill but hackney has been the worst one I've come across yet. I have tried to recruit the issue with uber eats who aren't able to help and kfc have not reached out either. Will never get food from here again.
