Lounge Bohemia in Hackney

I have wanted to try this place for ages but it always really full. Book in advance. The drinks are unusual but so amazing. The special touches like the popcorn and stories with each drink make it special.

Amazing cocktails. Works of art. But the rude, patronising staff has put us off ever returning. We go out a lot in London and I’ve never experienced such smug pretentious service.

It's quirky, it's retro, it's dimly lit, and you might walk away wondering if you've just been served up magic because these cocktails will have you trying to work out how they're created for hours. I've visited Lounge Bohemia a couple of times, and no word of a lie - it's one of the best in London. Every cocktail comes with a story and feels like an experience, and the minute you walk through the door you feel like you've left London and have been transported into a living room set in Prague in the 80s.

Revisited this old favourite recently, it did not disappoint and continues to inspire. Their story telling through the medium of cocktails, wild imagination and texture has always been key and knows no limits. The strawberry daiquiri flying saucer 🛸 and popcorn bourbon served in a glass wafer cone 🍦were some of my favourites!Looking forward to experiencing the rest of the menus in 2022 !

Only give this place a three star bc of the staff. We were not sure about the tasting menu so we asked a male staff a few questions about it (and we really did ask nicely !). He indeed answered all our questions but his tone was kinda arrogant, def did not make us feel very comfortable. Things got better when the another staff took over our table service later.The tasting menu is interesting and with good value, but the drink\food is nothing super outstanding.Only came here for trying out the innovative fusion drinks but the first staff we encountered was a big bummer.

I love speakeasy hunting in london and this unassuming place was by far the best I had been to. The owner and designer of the drinks is truly a genius. I recommend the tasting menus!

What a wonderful time my partner and I had here. Each cocktail was an experience, with a tale or story to help draw you into it. We did not have a single drink that we didn't enjoy. Highly recommend trying the tasting menu (my partner had the nature themed one) .Update:Just came back after too long (with wife again). Same great experience, and after trying many other cocktails bars can say still one of the best. If you're coming for more than a single cocktail cannot recommend enough the tasting menus.Still not cheap, but worth the price. Love the atmosphere, the drinks, and the experience. If you have a chance, make an appointment and just enjoy yourself.

Very quirky, not experienced much like it before! No explicit list of ingredients per cocktail on the menu, just vague descriptions which of course adds to the experience. My Canadian breakfast cocktail turned out to be a whisky based number served with small pancakes in maple syrup. Staff very skilled and telling a story when they serve, ambiance and clientele not your standard! Just a small black door on the corner of the road to enter, heading downstairs to the lounge

Nice n easy bar with good cocktail options - they are known for molecular cocktails. Try their cocktail journey tasting menu.

I loved this place!!!! Best Cocktail place in London! Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and great cocktails! All cocktails they do have stories!!! The ones I got is from the tasting menu "morning glory". The cocktails were a bit strong to me tho. Still recommended!!! I'll definitely come back to check out the other two tasting menus and many others!!
