Mcdonald's Restaurant in Hackney

Looking for hot food, fast delivery and all you good to be delivered correctly? Well look again, let me be the cautionary tale. One of the most unprofessional Mcdonald’s i have encountered. I wouldn’t eat here if it was the last restaurant standing. Countless of time my orders have been stole by deliveroo or just eat drivers. I’ve given this branch so many chances to deliver however, i am always left surprise that they deliver even worst service then before.

I had to award a star to leave a review but my honest opinion is a negative. I ordered a large delivery through the just eat app. When it arrived items were missing and the food that did come was nearly cold, even though the driver got here promptly. Now I have to wait seven days to get a refund. What was meant to be a treat has put me off McDonalds forever.

Machines said takeaway only while people were eating in, so asked a staff member and was ignored so went to the counter and was further ignored. Absolutely shocking since I've never had a bad experience at mcdonalds before but first time for everything I guess I won't be returning to this branch

This was my favourite McDonald's branch until now.Their service was quick.Until I ordered some food today 2 big macs 3 medium fries and 1 quater pound burger with cheese.IT TOOK THEM OVER 30 MINUTES!!!!My order number was on the please collect place the number wasnt called and they removed it.So many customers today had the same problem.

What can I say, it's a McDonald's where the staff had little control over what was going on, and the customer service was very poor. I guessed it was because they were busy, but I couldn't manage to speak to someone about an order I had made and disappeared from their ordering system for over 20mins. My experience of McDonald's is they have traded customer service for doing as many orders as possible. Definitely in need of a business review to sort out priorities. When did it stop being about good quality and tasty food, with a customer orientated approach?

White girl with brown hair and glasses was incredibly rude when I asked for some sauce she told me to go to another till. Is it that hard to pick it up and give it to me? White woman with glasses working outside and mopping was incredibly friendly and helpful

Extremely terrible service! I waited 19 minutes for my order, asked staff behind counter twice, but they ignored me. Asked to speak to a manager, she decided to ignore me too but to continue chit chat with her colleagues. I had no choice but to shout out loud to get her attention. Finally, the manager managed to pack my order with missing item! With a manager at this level, no wonder your team is incompetent!

We were working round the corner and couldn't find anywhere else to go.....Absolute fiasco in here today, like Day of the Dead in here, all pushing forward, they need barriers to make people queue up!Massive crowd of moronic people all shouting and swearing at the staff, orders coming out completely out of number order, staff shouting back at customers!!Security guard hiding up front out of site.Never seen anything like it! God knows what it's like in the evenings and weekends!Food average for a McDonald's

If you're familiar with McDonald's you know what to expect and can guarantee you'll get it. This branch has a lot of indoor seating which is clean throughout.Service is quick and everything tastes as it should. Operates table service, though I didn't use it

I don't even know where to start... I was waiting for my order (simple one!) more than 25 minutes. After 20 minutes I've asked what's happening with my order and my receipt was taken by staff member just to ask me how much I've paid for it (sick!). I wanted to speak to manager as this is unacceptable and been told "she is coming". I did show my transaction through my bank and apparently my order was given to someone else (how? I didn't hear anyone calling my order). Few minutes later I got my order COLD and when I asked for a manager again - guess what? She was there all the time helping to pack orders so she knew I wanted to speak to her (not only me by the way).
