Delicious Mexican food and cocktails! My friend and I tried their vegan menu; it was very well thought-out and loads of choice. Amazing service, lovely people running the restaurant, we really enjoyed it and were absolutely stuffed afterwards!

If you want REAL Mexican — with wonderful service — this is your place. Growing up in the US, I never thought I’d find authentic, heart-warming Mexican food again since moving to London. I was wrong :) Enchiladas, tacos and margaritas are not to be missed.

The food was bad. And the service was awkward. Perhaps the two young girls were new. They were shy and afraid to approach. The drinks were quite awful too. I ordered two house margaritas, and they served the drinks half empty. Fill it to the top! I ordered the enchiladas. The ends of the tortillas were very hard, as if they were pre-made and frozen. The rice looked like it was left overs from three days ago, hard and dry. One lady came in, sat down, then left about two minutes after. Wish I would have done the same. All whilst the (presumably) owner was sitting at the very back table doing book work and having a Cola. Don’t eat here!!!!

Lovely place with cool vibes. Amanda served us with extraordinary passion and kindness. Margaritas are top notch I recommend the Smokey one, and for food try the enchilladas. The owner stopped by our table and explained the difference between Mezcal and Tequila offering a free shot to try the difference, such a great experience, will be back with some friends soon.

Absolutely terrific, best Mexican food I've had in London. We arrived bang on five just in time for happy (two) hour(s) and got stuck into two for one margaritas whilst waiting for a friend who turned up at quarter to seven, by which time we were pretty trashed tbh. Ordered shrimp tacos and a bunch of vegetarian ones including cactus, and they were nice and big, with great flavours. I was particularly impressed by the shrimp ones because instead using a few massive gulf of Mexico shrimps, that just don't exist in the UK, they've used a big pile of smaller local ones, to great effect. The waitress was super nice, noticed that it was my gf's birthday and brought free shots and gave us sombreros haha... would totally go again

My wife and I were welcomed at the door by a friendly female staff member who promptly took our food and drink orders. Drinks arrived quickly while we waited for our food. And waited... after about 40 minutes, a young man could see us looking around (the restaurant was only 1/3 full and other tables nearby were receiving their meals) and asked if we were okay. We said we were waiting on our meals. He didn't return to give us any update. 10 minutes later, a man who we took to be the owner or manager approached us to ask if we were okay. Said we were waiting on our meals.. he disappeared and did not come back. Another 10 minutes later (an hour after we ordered), we flagged down the lady who took our orders. We asked for the bill for our drinks and to cancel our food order so we could go somewhere else. She asked what we ordered and who took our order. It seemed that no order had been rung in at all. By this time we were too hungry and tired to wait any longer so we asked for the bill for our drinks. The lady was extremely apologetic and offered us some free drinks, but we just needed food. I understand that mistakes happen, a missed order could have been rectified the first or second time we asked after our meals, but nobody even checked. We ended up at a burger joint around the corner, fed and home within 20 minutes.

We were walking past and decided to stop in for dinner, as the vibe of the restaurant seemed quite vibrant and buzzing. The service was perfectly pleasant – even though they were busy. Unfortunately, the food left us completely disappointed. We ordered ribs, and pork and chicken burritos, and all the dishes were flavourless and lukewarm. The guacamole served with our mains was bland and without lime. Elements to the meal - like the sweetcorn side - seemed to be taken straight out of a can and put onto the plate, again without any seasoning. We were excited for good, authentic Mexican food, but what we received was less flavourful and tasty than even chain-Mexican fare.

Incredibly delicious. We were looking for a restaurant where to eat authentic Mexican food and we found the perfect place here in Mezcal. It really was a surprise. Good atmosphere and good music. The food and service was excellent.I recommend you as main courses: Cochinita pibil and Alambre with chorizo, delicious both.We drank a margarita and a michelada.100% recommendable. We will return for sure!

I was in this restaurant last weekend. This restaurant was recommended to me and the truth was that they hit. The food is very good, we tried many things of the menu and it was very nice. As for the attention it was attentive, friendly and pleasant. They had great music and cocktails after dinner. And the atmosphere was very good ... Without a doubt I would go back.
