Horrible!I had to wait more than 15 minutes to get my cappuccino. The two bartenders were of an infinite slowness and listlessness. But the worst thing I saw was when they kept getting the orders wrong and a lady after tasting her drink came back and the girl at the counter gave the same drink to another lady. I'm speechless, I wish to give - 10 stars

Im visiting the shop in Dalston high street and literally a Chaos every morning while im waiting for my coffee … never again steping on that store! Ordering a coffee and getting all that stress and negativitiy and shouting at you….!!!! This is just Ridiculous …

So many staff but they are not attentive to their customers. We asked for oat pop corn chocolate. We got popcorn chocolate. The cafe was not even that busy. Crowd was building up.Compared to other Pret I have been. These branch Is very poor service. Its like kids running a shop. This is a Saturday morning. Not a normal weekday.

Coffee is good and the cafe is spacious and clean but avoid sitting near the entrance or you may be subject to aggressive beggars coming in and demanding money or demanding that you go to a shop and buy them something. Staff made no attempt to intervene when my wife was accosted.

Extremely slow service here today with inefficient staff of only three. The toilets are very dirty too with rubbish strewn across the floor. Prêt à Manger is no longer a ready to eat/drink place. There used to be a real positive ethos and ambience from the staff, management and the cafés, but this past year there's very miserable vibe with unhappy staff. I've stopped going to Prêt now because of this and the increase in prices coupled with small cup/drink sizes.

Awful experience during the week. Staff aren’t attentive but also overwhelmed. serve deliveroo before paying customers. Breakfast food below pret usual standard. The coffee subscription means you wait 30 mins for your drink. Avoid during the week

I visited the Pret Cafe on Kingsland high Street in Dalston E8 and was given such a terrible service that I am seriously contemplating taking this public. I ordered a soya latte and gave my cup which she handled by putting her hand in my cup to which I voiced my concerns about standard Covid protocal that she had put her inner hand into my cup to which she snarled at me and said "go and rinse the cup" I reluctantly obliged and rinsed the cup in order to avoid any further confrontation. On returning back to the counter she said I had to wait until all the other orders have been served to which I objected as it was their fault. They started shouting and ganging up on me. I am physically sick with their behaviour and I will be taking this further. NO ONE has the right to behave that way especially when you are working in the public sector. I can confidently say that I will be taking this public and ensure that no one I know visits that branch. Completely rude and vile staff especially that lady with the tattoos.

Simple filter coffee took almost 8 mins. Filter coffee is too weak and watered down. It’s not understaffed yet it seems like no one knows what they’re meant to do. Four people behind the counter working at the combined speed of 1.5 person. Sometimes multiple people are working on one order, as if they need to consult each other over a cappuccino…

Pret was a "Vegan heaven" today with all its organics selection of oat, soya, berista, coconut, dairy free milk to dye for (shame I did not see 007 in there ...next time maybe).I had caramel barista decaf..A great choice. They are calling it oat latte but barista is actually a blend of oat and soya milk alternative, very delicious. The superb thing about PRET is thatyou don't have to pay extra for a non dairy milk like in most of the others coffee shops (I don't want to mention any competitors here🤪)and all you drink is organic (a big bonus for sure... less pesticides and herbicides ..I mean less chemicals in your body it is always helpful....

Nice coffee, sometimes a bit watery, tables need to be wiped more often, not too many vegan options, their food is very high in sugars and calories, feel like I have to rush when ordering. I have the £20 subscription but they charged me for the coffee even though I showed her and scanned it and she just looked at me, it was quite busy at the time so I didn't want to say anything... the man calling out the coffees was quite rude and they definitely rush their baristas too much which just makes them confuses and not do things properly
