It's our local takeaway, usual delivery times 1hr weekends and 20mins weekdays (we're 3 minutes drive away). Last night it took 1hr50, the worst part being the three separate stories given and refused a refund, so we were just left super hungry and confused about what was going on. However, it's an unusually decent classic Chinese takeaway in a style familiar everywhere in the UK. Round Square if you read this, please be very open to your customers when they ask because hungry people just want to know the truth about where their food is. Also accept refunds if it's been more than an hour, people will appreciate it and become loyal customers, instead of finding another takeaway for next time. I think last night was an unusual situation, so you should make those customers you let down last night happy so they can return next time.EDIT FOR CLARITY: we were refused a refund over the phone, then when it arrived the driver offered a refund if it was cold (which it wasn't despite having been told it was with the driver 40 minutes previous). Of course we took it because we were incredibly hungry!

Spend £30 every week at this restaurant. Tonight the chips came and was raw. I usually recommend this restaurant but after letting then know about the chips not being cooked, the customer service was appalling. Please check their food is cooked thoroughly because they won't care. They will not take responsibility for their food

Kareoke rooms with Chinese set menus offer a lively evening's entertainment. The food is good quality but the standard of service could be improved. The options to bring your own bottle helps keep the cost low. So overall a good night out.

This is easily one of the best and most authentic Chinese restaurants I have ever eaten in.The staff were were very friendly and it was a good atmosphere in the restaurant. There js a lot to choose from, so be prepared tmto spend time deciding on what to eat. They have a great selection of food.I had the duck and cripsy noodles, it was incredible!

Very high quality Cantonese and Vietnamese food by head chef Tony and his kitchen team, all with over 30 years of cooking experience.

Just recently found out about this restaurant and must say it is one of my favourite Chinese restaurants in London. Decor and atmosphere is a little cold but this doesn’t matter as the food is outstanding.

Tried the mixed meats and vegetables with noodles and the mixed meat and vegetables with rice. There was chicken pork duck and beef, the menu didn't mention it had beef in it. The beef was soft but looked like jerky, the appearance was not appetising, in fact looked rather off putting. In addition the pork chicken and duck had a pale underdone and pinkish look. The fats on the pork was quite a lot and hadn't been rendered or made crispy so it was just fatty fat same with the duck skin. Also got salt and pepper ribs which had a lot of grissle bits big huge grissle bits. Food was under average for my personal taste if I'm honest. Good sized portions. The 3 meals came to £24 with free prawn crackers. They gave me chopsticks upon request. The shop was clean, the place looked tidy and in order. They have a bar and space for private function/dinner. The kitchen or prep area is visible which is good.Staff was helpful but not very friendly or attentive, at times sarcastic too. Generous enough to offer a free chilli sauce pot "this time only, next time pay is cost £1.50" which was nice of them. The lady who gave the chopsticks however was really nice and had a friendly expression. Thanks.I forgot to take photos of the food. It would undoubtedly have added some weight to my words.Overall for me a 2 star max.

Decent portions, great taste, not too heavy. Some of the sauces were a bit more plain than others I have tried many times from asian restaurants and takeaways. Nice space layout with 2 more private rooms which one of them also had asian karaoke. Chilled atmosphere, families, friends and good food. The menu prices were also very decent and the service very friendly. Totally recommended for asian food lovers
