What to say .. it's up to you to make a great or even greater tasting sub

Came here twice over the past 2 weeks. First experience was great. Male member of staff was very friendly and gave me an NHS discount. Second experience was unsatisfactory, female member of staff without a mask claimed too many people were in the shop when myself and my brother walked in, there was only another family of 4 making 6 customers in total (just 2 households). She seemed disinterested in taking my brother’s order and claimed she couldn’t hear him so I spoke on his behalf. Asked kindly for NHS discount and argued that they don’t do it despite being given it the week before. Food tasted great on both occasions.

i order for vegan sub and he didn't change the gloves . First he served chicken tikka and with the same gloves he touch my sub . I was served by 55 .with out mask.

A very generous 3.Been here a number of times and staff really don't want to be here. Customers are spoken to as if their order is an inconvenience. Last visit I ordered the vegan salad. They started to put grated cheese on it. I quickly pointed out that I ordered the vegan sub. Their solution was to pick some cheese off the top. I politely pointed out there was still cheese on it. Salad was taken into back and replacement was thrown together without much care.Rating is based on food over a number of visits which is average for subway. Cannot award any points for customer service.

Poor Covid 19 hygiene. Staff had no masks on chatting on top of foodstuffs. The deliveroo guy waiting also had no mask on coughing, chatting away and laughing on his headset, not asked to mask up. If you had the vaccine you'll be fine ordering food here otherwise maybe steer clear.

Always good for a healthy Vegan snack if you are struggling to find food.

Like every other Subway but only one member of staff. He was trying to serve three people at once but couldn't so was forgetting what people wanted I could also smell the poor guy as he was running around every where. 100% not this guys fault. And food was still good although cold.

Worst ever customers service seen in a subway restaurant. The gentleman serving at the salad/sauce bar had no manners to serve or speak whatsoever. Not professionally trained even to make a nice sub. Communication flaws. Absolutely awful 👎👎

Either their microwave oven is faulty or they have the settings wrong. Been a few times and everytime the food comes out luke warm or cold.

Visit here more than ten times in the past two years. Through my observation, some of the staffs are nice and some of them are just alright. But definitely not smart and with poor working efficiency. Maybe their manager should pay attention to have proper training 🤔Tables are usually not cleaned. Not toilet.
