For 20 minutes 2 am in the morning I'm trying to order 5 pieces of shushi this was it. Have ordered nothing at all as the worker doesn't understand me. After 20minutes he told me his manager will call me with better English. I'll rather not eat mate.

The food is already late for 2 hours and the phone calls are blocked! This is a scam place. When we called for the first time, the answer was the following: "We realized that we would deliver the order late, that's why we indicated in Uber eats that we were already delivering the food"

Shameful Japanese restaurant, we ordered a lot of food online, but we didn't receive anything! The restaurant phone can't get through and the money won't be refunded! Shame on your junk restaurant!

Food never came. Waited over two hours, called many times to ask for refund and was ignored. They then blocked my calls. Could not dispute the order with Ubereats. Do not trust this business at all.

Unfortunately you can't relay on that place. We ordered food with friends worth a £100. We placed the order at 9.30 to be delivered at 1.30pm. And I haven't beed disappointed as much as yesterday. Luckly or not just eat driver delivered us ginger, few sauces and 2 boxes of dumplings but it wasn't enough for 5 people..sushi platter newer came. We tried to call today to the restaurant but it seems like no one is willing to pick up and at lies say sorry

We order online and choose collection as we living just 2 minutes from this shop. For 40£ We received reasonable portion of sushi (4 boxes of sushi and 2 sides for two people). Really nice staff, food ready in 15min!!! Definitely saved for future order!
