The Finsbury in Hackney

Absolutely brilliant pub. Security staff on (but not needed) fantastic food where you can eat this and socialise then move to the next room and listen to live bands. If you don't want food you can drink and go to the food places on the same street. One of the best pubs I've been to in a very long time with the travel lodge across the road and the underground literally right there.I will definitely be going back!!!

Nice pub, well located just outside Manor House Station. Loads of live music on offer and perfect for an affordable night out too. The burger isn't bad either!

18/02/22 - I was rudely denied service and kicked out by a racist security guard for wearing my hood outside in the smoking area (during storm Eunice).We were the only people of colour at the establishment. He specifically targeted me and kicked us out while at the same time there was a table next to us with 3 white people wearing hoods with no issues. In fact, he even went over to them, had a smoke with them and didn't mention anything about their hoods.He also had the nerve to tell me that I'm not cold and I shouldn't need to wear a hood, whilst he himself had a hat on.We had been there for hours, and I had been in and out many times without my hood so it's not like he didn't know who I was. Will not be returning except maybe to make a formal complaint.Otherwise, great place to drink and grab a pizza - would recommend if you're white.

One of my favourite pubs in London. The atmosphere is great, the food tasty and they also organise loads of great gigs. The team is welcoming and even the security team is always friendly. If you want to spend a lovely time this is the place.

One of my go to pubs when I’m in the area! ✨ really beautiful and cosy inside and a nice venue in the back. They have loads of outside area too! Great place to go:)

Big pub on the corner with a large outdoor area out the front, a dining area inside, and a large area for live music where they regularly host bands. I've visited quite a few times and every time I've been served quickly with a decent selection of beers. Always a good time especially on a live music night

Nice venjre for music, but a pint was a bit pricey

Near Manor House station. Went for the live music in their rather good music room. They have a good selection of beers though the pricing is somewhat high, it's cheaper in places such as Shoreditch etc.They do offer food and others I spoke to said it was very good with many of the other patrons clearly enjoying the offerings.

Great pub near Manor House Station and Finsbury Park. They have delicious pizzas and light bites.Not been during a live music night yet, but do look forward to them starting it up again.Good staff, though sometimes tables don’t always seem to be cleaned after each customer.Good amount of space inside and out.Hope to return for some live music in the bit too distant future!
