I ordered from them on Uber Eats and was very pleased when I got my order! I was impressed by the use of eco friendly brown paper bags to carry my groceries and they wrote a cute message on the bag that read “Good Morning Samiha! :)” which I thought was unique. As for the content, everything came in aesthetically pleasing boxes, which I was pleasantly surprised about so I would highly recommend them if you’d like the insides your cabinets and fridges to look aesthetic and organised.

The only good thing about the Grocery is the great selection of products. Also the wine cellar always have really helpful staff. However all fruits veg etc are never fresh. The cashiers are rude and make weird uncomfortable comments. The cashiers have also tried to rip me off on multiple occasions by adding things to the end of my bill that I did not buy. Eg. the last time I bought food here they added £5 worth of persimmons that I never bought (I saw once I requested a copy of my receipt). Be careful shopping here.

I’ve tried this place twice; once for fresh pastries and once for a fresh salad for lunch. Both times the food was inedible so I had to throw it away. The salad tasted disgusting and the pastry was terrible. Plus, the staff are rude. I suppose if you are looking for fancy brands of dry food this place might suit your purpose but aside from that, stay away.

Great selection of really interesting things but Russian Vareushka is something which impressed me!

Great range of products, but many items can be bought in supermarkets much cheaper. The staff are staggeringly rude and full of themselves. Happily I am a tourist, so I can buy my tempeh at home from staff who aren't overcome with their own (perceived) sense of coolness. Ugh.

Great range of products but the woman cashier was really really rude and miserable. I was only polite and friendly so I actually regret buying anything just because she was so unpleasant. The products are very nice.

Only going to this place cause living next door and my laziness overcomes everything else . This shop thrives in hiring rude staff and seems to be getting a kick out of stocking low end products and food whilst charging 3 times the average price . It doesn’t really matter aside from being marginally annoying . What really matters is the complete lack of customer service joined by the surreal attitude of its staff . They just look bored , too cool for work and especially … not in possession of any helpful answer . You also need to pack your own bag since that’s not a shop keepers job anymore . It’s not trendy right . Anyway you guys at the grocery can carry on getting my money since they re just money anyway but …. Hey one day I’ll get really upset and then you will know what money can really buy .

Good selection of stuff. I would only stick to the organics here. It seems like they price their regular stuff that you can get at Tesco etc at a significant premium. I use to just shop all together here, but I realise supermarket stuff is even more expensive than Waitrose.I would love to support my local business, but there's a limit. Maybe I'll be a regular again one day when I'm rich rich rich

I've been using the grocery for probably 5 years and I don't even live in the area. Its the mixture of fabulous goods on the shelves and dedicated inviting staff that keeps me coming back again and again.

Wings here are good is a laid back new restaurant. The decor is subtle and rustic. Beautiful music and service. The guys Sam, Sunny and Hasan were great hosts. We had the bottomless wings and cocktails🤩🤩🤩. They just kept bringing more and more wings, fries (which is delicious) and topping up our cocktails Absolutely delightful. A great value for money👍👍
