Nothing special, nice lady at the entrance, polite security, the bar is awful, the ladies just ignore you all the times, I asked for a double Malibu, they didn't have it and the lady was not able at all to help me when I asked an alternative. She said: you need to tell me that I can't. So I have to look at all bottles a make a choice. The toilet was very dirty but the ladies at the wardrobe room were amazing, and the service very cheap and honest 1£, they deserve my stars.

I went on a Wednesday. There was a Kizomba dance class that my nieces participated in. Good class! I sat at the bar and watched while enjoying a few shots of whiskey. Had a great relaxing time. Very friendly group. Will visit again next time I'm in England.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is a terrible venue. The staff are racist and in the process of attempting to book their venue for our brand event, the staff made comments such as " we know black people are always late"After the viewing on Sunday 23rd , we agreed to rent the venue but then on Monday 25th they texted us to say they're cancelling our event due to a client they've worked with in the past requesting the venue. Will never be booking here again.

In need of new doormen. I was accused of spitting on the floor, which is a vile habit I have never adopted. Before I had a say in the matter, a bouncer came up behind me, assaulted me into a chokehold, sending the full drink I just paid for flying across the floor. Very unprofessional and trigger happy doormen.

Hugely overpriced drinks that you can’t even take out while you smoke. Not what it used to be. What a shame

Went in to visit 5 buns upstairs. Amazing. Absolutely recommend if you're looking for vegan eats in the area. Lovely, lovely staff, wonderful food. 10/10

More of a venue rather than a pub! Hosts a variety of events each week from live music to social meetings and gatherings. Bar serves a range of drinks, all bottled or poured, never seen anything on tap and it is expensive for the area. The interior is a wide open space, minimal seating and mostly wooden clad, but had a great atmosphere for whatever the occasion.

·

The venue itself seemed average but there was a poetry night on with some amazing people!

Been here a couple of times. First time in there it was tumbleweed dead and second time was for a poetry event which surprisingly was a lovely turnout. There's a friendly vibe in there but to be honest I think drinks are unreasonably priced for that establishment. A double gin and tonic cost me £10.. in a no frills pub.. ??
