Oh my God! - far too awesome. Humble place, humble people; stunning food. I drop in every time I'm near just to sit in for a chicken shish.

Yildiz has been in Highbury, for as long as I can remember! I have since moved away, but still have family and friends in the area - so I paid it a visit on Sunday. It did not disappoint! Great food, nice sized portions and a friendly team. Suitable for all bookings - lunch or dinner time. Thanks!

A few nice vegan/vegetarian options. Falafel is tasty. A dish comes with a usual Turkish style salad and bread. Big portions should satisfy everyone.

The standard of Turkish food in london is generally quite consistent and high, but this place exceeds them all. Friendly atmosphere, can cater to both small and big groups, and the food is exceptional. A fav!

Quality varies per dish. I thought the halloumi starter was very good but the minced chicken kebab lacked flavour. Staff were friendly.

Delicious, fresh, flavoursome Turkish food. Only thing that would have made it better was the bread was quite tough.

We had Adana Kofte and lamb shish kebab with ayran. It was absolutely amazing. Fresh food and friendly staff. We also like their starters. We will definitely come back here again.

Excellent !!! I went with my partner and we had an amazing experience.We both ordered a plate of chicken cubes and lamb kebab. The portion is filling and we did not order any starter or dessert as the portion size is great.It's enjoyable to see your food cooked fresh and delicious. The price is unbeatable and would highly recommend to anyone. The staff is very helpful, which is an absolute rare find.
