My parents just told me NOW about their awful experience last weekend. If I had known at the time, I would have written this earlier. Burnt pizza £20. They don’t complain, they just get on with life. Shame on you for giving this to an elderly couple and ruining their trip to London to see their daughter. Literally fuming

Used to love this place, but went today and the chicken schnitzel in the baguette has been replaced with some cheap frozen/bird’s eye looking fillet, which was soggy and felt undercooked and tasted slimey. Previously seemed to be made with a proper piece of chicken, coated nicely in breadcrumbs, rather than ground up reconstituted meat.Given the price is the same, totally not worth it anymore.

I always enjoy visiting Bakehaus. Lovely bread, pastries and pizza, great German sausages made à la hot dogs with lots of tasty ingredients. Highly recommend!

Bought pizza. Didn't like it. Clearly others do. Not me.Staff don't talk loud enough which causes issues.Pizza is at the front but you can't buy it there. You have to go to the back of the store and pay for it there. You then get given a receipt and a 'token' which is a printed receipt paper with some writing on it which you give to the pizza staff.I ordered an entire pizza, only because I had not eaten anything at all the entire day.

The place is clean and the food is very good quality. We ordered a classic hot dog and we realized when they brought it that we wanted a plain one instead. We went to the till and asked the person there if they can change it. They did it and were really polite and nice.

The look of the pastries are pleasing, my choice was a foam coffee and good slice of pizza. The Neighbors had a large amount of delicious pizza and the queue was busy.

Friendly staff, great pastries and pizza. The different type of hotdog sandwiches go well with their coffee. Highly recommended.

Our hotdogs were send to another table by mistake and some how those people eat what they didn’t order. The lady who was responsible for the orders said she is sorry a couple of times and brought us a complimentary cheesecake. This is how good customer service should be, well done Bakehaus! Hotdogs were delicious as well.

Vegan hot dogs are very good and tasty. I forgot to bring chilli sauce ! Definitely going back to try the fresh vegan pizzas.
