Pretty good. Ho Fun, long bao, sticky rice and veggie dumplings are the best. Shu mai are not so good. Long waiting time and limited seating at peak hour

With so many good places at westfield, this place is the worst I've tried there. The quality and texture of the meat put me off. The pork starter was weirdly chewy, we had one bite and left it. The buns tasted odd, and I couldn't finish my main which had an excessive amount of salt in. My beef dish also seemed to get a few accidental shrimp in it.

Worst food ever. Clay pot chicken rice was meant to have the chicken pieces cooked with the rice to infuse chicken flavour into the rice, but they simply served the rice on a bowl, soaked the rice with loads of soya sauce so it was disgusting and then added a few pieces of chicken on top, no pot. We also order fried noodles and that was so dry and not even hot. Never going there again.

I visited this place often, but then started noticing the chicken products specifically the smoked chicken smelt off and and was being served cold. To allow the restaurant the benefit of the doubt, I explained the food was cold, they made a huge fuss and shouted at me loudly. They then offered the food microwaved. I then went again same situation this time the manager shouted at me and did not offer a replacement the food is danagerous and left me feeling really unwell. I would never visit this restaurant again. Such a shame specially the lack of professionalism.

This is the most DISGUSTING restaurant I ever been too!!!!!!!STAY THE F___K AWAY AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE AND WATCH YOUR HEALTH..The food is not cooked properly and the staff are so rude especially the younger boy there who thinks he owns Westfield.The prawn noodles were over cooked and crispy and the prawns were cold and tossed in to the side.How can Westfield let them be there is desperation for rent..AVOID!!

The wife ordered Braised Beef Noodle, she said it wasn’t bad, maybe 3 stars. I ordered Special Fried Rice, it wasn’t special.. maybe 1 star, so we’ve chosen the middle ground here.Prices are not bad, but quality of food sucks, my rice was cold and I heard another man also complaining about the temperature.It’s such a shame, we wanted it to be better.I wish I had seen the reviews on here before trying this place.

After reading these reviews I’m surprised I had such a good experience!Food: Char Siu Bun not the best and tasted very buttery which I’m not used to. Rib clay pot was delicious! Fresh and well seasoned. Beef Ho Fun was equally as delicious! Well cooked, not congealed and sticky like some I’ve had recently. Crunchy bean sprouts. Overall, a great meal!Staff: Whilst one of the cashiers was taking my order, a chef came out and interrupted so he had to leave me... got an awkward vibe between the kitchen and front of house. Another cashier finished my order and was friendly enough. Didn’t get a receipt though. Got given the buzzing device to let you know when your order is ready, but didn’t explain what it was (I knew, but others may not). I had asked for takeaway, but when I went to collect my order, found it was on a tray to eat in. The first cashier remembered me and promptly went to decant everything into takeaway tubs. Shame, as they looked lovely on the plates.

Avoid it! I ordered Singapore style rice noodle and I promised it was nothing like it! Even I cooked better one with ingredients from M&S. Not worth the money! You can buy proper Chinese food at this price elsewhere. And the staff seemed not interested doing the orders at all. Lazy!

The staff are helpful and friendly but there food really isn't great and in turn isn't worth the price. Just dull and watered down flavours. Also a lack of seating.

DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING!!!Even Chinese take away is better,we took seafood soup which is full of starch and weird flavor, where is seafood??Prawn noodles… some prawns dont have a fresh flavor…Prawn dumpling … instead of chives huge pieces of spring onions!!Sweet and sour souse 😖😖😖and Flavor is terrible…Oh Gosh. Hopefully, wont get poisoned!BTW I know oriental food!! But this is horrible!!Don't deserve even 1 star!!Paid a lot… and now we a hungry and angry. 😡😡😡
