This place is pathetic. I have ordered from them twice. The first time the food arrived 1.5h late and their attitude was as if they were doing me a favour. Decided to try them again, this time the food never showed up at all! They claim they tried to deliver it but failed. Checked the CCTV and nobody attempted to deliver anything.

Not worth the money. £15 for a 10” pizza. Dough is flat. Not puffy at all nor did the base have much flavor. They say this is wood fired but there is no flavor like Franco manca

Very good!Got a pizza and a lasagne! Both were great! Toppings are great quality. For what it is... it’s a great take away option and offers really great value.The only reason for the 4 star rather then 5... I prefer Neapolitan style pizza.

I ordered a pizza on line last night. Money taken. No pizza arrived. Called numerous times no answer. Disappointed son! Called another branch to find out Fulham is closed! Why did they take the order. I want a refund immediately!I have changed my original 1 star rating to 3 stars as I received a very apologetic email from the manager, a refund and a voucher for future pizza purchase.

Avoid. We used to love the pizzas from Basilico Fulham. Since last year their pizza quality and customer service has been extremely poor. In our last two orders instead of green peppers they chose to add red hot chilli on the pizza. Coincidence? Mistake?Sadly, we won’t be ordering again. And there are far better pizza places in Fulham nowadays anyway....

The best italian pizza delivery in London! I am their customer for more then 3 years. They make stone backed pizza, with tin dough and nice stuffing👌👌👌 Italian chef and staff🙌🙌🙌 fast delivery in Fulham!

Basilico is my go-to place for take-away food. Pizza is delicious, sides are great (I love the twists!) and their tiramisu is one of the best I had, ever. Service is also excellent - once I got double charged for some internet glitch and I got reimbursed on a matter of hours and another time I made a mistake and said I was going to pay in cash even though I didn't have any with me and they got someone to call and get my cc details with a flinch of hesitation. I also quite enjoy their points system and got a couple of complimentary meals out of it.

Ordered Tutto salumi pizza 🍕 with italian salami, spianata piccante, chorizo, pepperoni, speck and fior di latte mozzarella 😍 Love how much meat there is but a bit spicy though! The only disappointment is that I do feel the photo of the pizza on their website is a bit misleading with 17 pepperoni close together on the crust when there are only 12 on mine and one of the reasons I ordered this pizza is because there is so much meat
