Incredibly nice and delightful homemade Gelato! We tried their alcoholic-based cocktail ice cream scoops as we've not tried anything like this previously and it it didn't fail to impress. Quantity sizes were similar to what you'd also find upstairs in neighbouring Westfield, but we thought the quality at Bertotti's was just better.

Love the decor and the atmosphere. Great fun loving owners too! Very interesting menu with mixes of ice-cream and alcohol. Would recommend if you want to try something new, if you're on a date or just a chilled one with your mates

Nice local ice cream store in Shepherd’s Bush. Reasonable prices and highly recommend the bubblegum flavour. Ice cream quality was ok but a bit watery and icy.Very large portions, the 3 scoops is more than enough for 2 people. They even do takeaway boxes. Pistachio flavour is 50p extra.

i live just around the corner from this cafe, it has amazing home made ice-cream a lot of flavours and excellent panini, this is family business so is nice to see independent shop as everywhere is full of big companies chains Nice to support local.

I used this place a couple of times, the coffee is ok, but the wifi was unreliable, so difficult if you want to work, but it's a cool, original venue.
