Feeling the london ambiance. Walking distance from the rented flat. Just used to the American portions, lol. Other than that great place for family

Always eat here when I visit Hammersmith. Great food. Beautiful space. Friendly staff.

The food quality was superb and would recommend to a friend that wants to take their time for a dining experience. I loved the atmosphere as it was classy and elegant. The customer experience was good and they made sure we were happy with our order and that we had everything we needed also. The only thing I feel like that could be done better is the wait time in between meals. It did feel like 30+ minutes at times.Otherwise if I had not been going to an event on that day. Then a 5 star review would be in order. In terms of price for food given. It was a good deal as I would pay a little bit more for what I had.

Had breakfast 😋 😌 there this Sunday, food was lovely 😍 but the service was strange. The waiters seemed to be still sleeping 😴 that Sunday morning.I can say the manager rectify their mistakes.Other then that, all was well 🙌🏾👌🏾😋

My wife and I came here to have breakfast. First, we noticed that the restaurant had a nice decor and it felt quite cosy, especially in comparison to other Bill’s restaurants in London. Second, the members of staff were very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Third, my wife had the smashed eggs on toast and I had the smashed avocado on toast with smoked salmon. As for pudding, we shared the pancakes with banana, strawberries and blueberries. To be honest, the food was quite decent like we’re used to so kudos to Bill’s to maintain the same quality across every location. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I couldn't recommend this place more. I'm gluten intolerant and it's still difficult to find place that provide good choices or any choice at all. I definitely didn't struggle here:) Amazing burgers! And really cute drinks as well.

Kid friendly which was lovely as we had a few terriers but highly disappointed with the speed of service. It was all going pretty well, food good, drinks nice, and then came along dessert, or rather it didn't come along. We ordered a couple of desserts, 30 mins later, nothing...asked again, "oops sorry, we seemed to have misplaced your order" . once again put it through and it took another 40 mins!! They apologized due to a system issue and took it off from the bill, but I can't understand why it was so hard to get a bowl of sorbet. If you know you messed up the first time, just walk over to the freezer, scoop it out and give it to the customer yourself...! Rather simple 😤

Amazing customer service, staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was so delicious. Would recommend the chicken skewer for starters, it was so great and full of flavour. If ever back in London with the family we will be come back as it had such a great atmosphere.

Great service! Waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. Food however was average at best. I had the sirloin, and truffle cheese fries. I also ordered a passion fruit spritz which arrived half empty, and tasted like lager. I usually enjoy bills but this meal was under-par. I think more time need to be taken with ensuring flavour and quality of food.

Not really enjoyed...I had an hour and half and I choose to enjoyed my time on Bill's... not the best idea at all. But let me start .. :My order was that : A Gordal Olives, a Classic Hamburger, a Peach&Mint Ice Tea and a Pot of Earl Grey Tea. My intention was have the olives and the hamburger togheter and after that enjoying my time with the tea...Ok let's start with was disappointed me...Drink arrived really fast. After 5 min I get my iced tea and my water. After 25 minutes, a manager (I suppose, he wear different stuff) present me the starter I order togheter with burger (a mix green olives - nine olives total served with a lemon oil and some parsley on top). I found in the olives a little piece of olive stone (unlucky?)I had the time to finish my olives (3 to 9 left) and my burger arrive (finally) after 30-35 minutes totally. The waiter who take my order disappear and comes to ask me about sauces after the burger arrive.I ask my order without mayo cause I’m intolerant (not allergic) to egg. The result was no bread bun cause cointain egg (no-one ask me if it was ok), but toast bread instead even if I inform my waiter was totally fine if something contain egg.So my burger was made from lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, a good burger cooked (compliment’s to chef I need to admit) between two sandwich toast.Quantity and quality of the food was good.If it wasn’t for the time waiting, everything was totally fine, but on my opinion, almost 30-35 minutes for a ‘burger’, even if the request was well done it’s too long.I give 3 of 5 for the service. Waiter was disappear without inform me about my order. I din't expect a toast bread instead a bun and I've been waiting for too much so I din't complain about that.
