Busaba Eathai in Hammersmith and Fulham

First timer here, there was a wait to get table. They offered shared table, on a big table each corner there were 2 ppl.Service is good even though it was very busy. Ordered, Chicken green curry which was flavourful and tasty. Also ordered Asparagus fried rice, this was also tasty.Not an expensive restaurant for the quality of food, decor and location.

Wonderful seating environment, lovely decor. The menu options are good, chicken is halal. The food was delicious, really nice flavours and well cooked. Very fast service. Must come again!

Lucy was the star of the night!! Was with my friend and we both agreed the ambience of the place was amazing but the food was overpriced and wasn't served hot. Either the food was delivered slow or the food was put on a cold plate, or wasn't hot to begin with. The sticky rice wasn't steamed throughly so some rice was hard. Also I ordered tea which never came till I had to remind 2 members of staff. But Lucy was so kind and sweet to us we didn't mind too much about the mistakes made. She made the whole experience better

Better than my exceptation, the food is so delicious. Khao Red Pork was so good, it combined braised and roasted flavors, didn't really taste like Thai but whatever, it's soooo good!The only shortcoming is that the food is a little bit less.

Food was OK, nothing g to write home about and service was meh..Their Apple kick was OK.Matchstick chicken was good.Calamari was different but good.Chicken Katsu was alright.Crispy duck noodles were not good.Overall wouldn't go there again, as there are other much better restaurants in Westfield.

Love Busaba! The service was excellent, food was average. The chicken khao soi soup wasn’t nice, calamari which is normally my favourite didn’t Taste as good and the texture was a bit too rubbery. Prawn rice bowl, green curry and roti were lovely.

I rate them two stars but only because of their environment. The staff were great. The food was wayyyy below what I had prior to the pandemic. I’m sorry, but I wouldn’t recommend any of the dishes that I ordered. The green curry tasted like pre cooked, frozen and reheated. The chicken was way too soft. The TOM YUM SOUP HAD NOODLES INSIDE??? And the flavours were among the worst I have ever had. The papaya salad was TINY. I would avoid at all costs to be honest.. never again.

Came for lunch on a weekday and it wasn't too busy. The pad Thai was nice and so was the mango sticky rice. Shame that they don't serve Tom yum soup at lunch as it's my favourite (not sure if they serve this for dinner).

If you love thai food its a nice place to try. I like the customer service it is very good. Staff are friendly and polite. Food was ok, it was my first time eating thai, it didn't take long to be served, lovely outdoor seating and a very nice ambience. Decor is lovely too inside, very oriental and nice.

Booked online in the morning for a lunch on a Saturday afternoon, booking was easy and straight forward with plenty of availability and no issues. As we arrived, track & trace was done and we were shown to our table out on the sheltered terrace, nice seating.Our waiter was Bobby, he was friendly and knowledgeable. The service was very efficient and prompt, orders were taken and we received food relatively quickly which was great.The food was absolutely exquisite! My favourite was the calamari (highly recommend!) absolutely incredible food, high quality and impeccable flavours!Overall the booking, food, service and seating was excellent. Highly recommend!
