Byron in Hammersmith and Fulham

My family and I were served by a wonderful, attentive waiter called Antonio (slim build/dark hair). Though we waited a little long to be approached initially, Antonio was fantastic- patient, answered our questions about the menu and even advised that as they don't provide hot drinks, that we were allowed to bring our own, which was thoughtful.We really enjoyed our meal and we thank you for your service!

Amazing dinner in Byron as always - the food was great and the service was even better. Antonio took such good care of us- he was welcoming, really helpful and made us really enjoy our meal despite both being exhausted! We can’t wait to come back and see him again!! Thank you Antonio ❤️

The one with the beard is an amazing chef and would love to go here again! On Tuesday, my burger was done perfectly and the chips were lovely! Would definitely go here again whenever he is there!

Fantastic burgers, great staff. The beer could have been a little bit colder, but that's not worth knocking any stars off for. Also great is their allergy chart. Lessons learned have turned them into a great place to eat.I don't even mind that they took my name 🤣

Had a burger with chips and onion rings with a bottle of prosecco. Have to say the onion rings were very greasy. Otherwise I would have given 5*

Our waiter was nice. But the manager(male) was rude, ugh just simply rude. Who the h seats the people right next to the bin? I requested to switch our table. He said there was no table avail for two ppl even though I saw several empty tables behind us. It seems like several other people also had the very similar experience as mine. By reading some of the comments, he is discriminating people based on his preference and seats those people in not-so-nice spots. Absolute disgrace on Byron brand reputation. Their HQ needs to hire their staffs with more careful considerations. This was the worst Byron experience I have ever had. Not even one star. This was zero start experience!

Ordered chicken and beef burger. Beef burger was very juicy, chicken fillet seemed a bit small. Cheeses and bacon cheesy chips were great however most of cheese ended up on bottom 😅. Onion rings were way too oily. Overall very nice 👍

Above average burger. Brought out main course before our starter. Staff well mannered.

Side dishes are a saving grace but the mains are just tasteless. The glasses are scratched and doesn't look clean. The staff are really nice and discuss allergy information first! Fantastic service! For the price the food is just awful. Not recommended.
