Really bad experience at this store, im heavily disabled and asked for the key for the disabled toilet but i was denied entry because the staff said they hadn't cleaned it yet! I then wasn't able to use the normal public toilet which resulted in me wetting myself! Highly disappointed, will never come to cafe nero again. Shame on the china lady behind the counter, shame on the indian man behind the counter!

They know how to brew their coffee. The pastries are fresh and the sandwiches are flavourful.

Staff does not know what promotions are applicable. I had to show them a booklet next to the counter to get a discount. Also the toilet is the dirtiest in London

Coming away from the LIVAT Center, dark & raining (not me 🌧️ 😁)I popped into Nero for a flat white & a caramel shortcake. Very nice coffee (no bitterness) & the shortcake wasn't at all sickly. The assistant let me sit just in the area which was being cordoned off for cleaning because every table was occupied. He brought my food & drink over for me & I was really happy, even though I was seated looking at all the chair-bedecked tables & the back of the empty shop. 😍

Friendly staff, communicative, good coffee, but dirty inside. It's not staff's fault, but the dirty clients who believe the employees are something like their slaves and should clean every dirt they do in the café. Otherwise nice location.

Arrived at 9am Sunday morning to a very friendly team. Fatima, a trainee, made me an extra hot flat white in my own mug. Perfectly made with thick froth and a smile too. Great start to my day!

24.12.2021. Waited a long time to be served. Not busy. Two staff in. Both in a bad mood. Asked for a bag. Big mistake. Best to call in sick if you dont want to work or apply elsewhere...

FLYS & Hygiene are a problem.24/11/18 I mentioned that there were flys under the cloche & my response was ‘shrugged shoulders’. If you want to get ill 🤒 then go there. The toilets smell of urine also. I’ve been here many times over the years & the standards are just getting worse. How can you relax with fruit flys buzzing around you constantly. Also when you use your own Nero cup your supposed to get 2 stamps via the app, but they only issued 1 stamp on two consecutive occasions. Now I need to check & mention it every time!

Great place to relax! We were going to the BGT Semifinals and arrived quite early. It was raining heavily so we needed shelter and some refreshments. We couldn't have asked for a better place. The staff were so friendly and helpful it was a pleasure. The drinks were ordered were perfect and the cake was scrumptious too. However, the most impressive part was how helpful the staff were to my son who had left his charger at home. He needed the plug but had a wire and staff rummaged through the back to find an adapter to fit the wire and helped my teenager get charge back into his dying iphone. They didn't have to, but to me this was above and beyond the call of service. We relaxed for a couple of hours there and it was pleasurable.Thank you got being great hosts! 5 STARS!
