Caffe NERO,Westfield,Shopping Centre in Hammersmith and Fulham

Generally a friendly bunch but I recently had an experience with a member of the team that showed a total disregard for allergens. I asked her if something had nuts in it, she answered no, only for me to later discover there were nuts.Luckily I noticed right away and spat it out but when I went back and let her know how fatal her error could've been, she didn't so much as apologise, just stared blankly and said "oh that's what you meant."Anyway ... point is be careful if you have an allergy and coming to this location!

I ordered a double espresso and only after taking the payment the cashier told me they didn't have any white or brown sugar. THIS IS IN A COFFEE SHOP!!!! I said that sweetener was absolutely not as sugar! and I wanted to have a refund.The cashier agreed that it wasn't the same but he didn't have the good intentions to tell me about the sugar in time to don't force me to have a terrible morning!I asked for a refund but I had to wait the Manager to come and if I did, I would have been late for my work.Never again in a caffe nero!!!

Good friendly and brisk service, plenty of seating and clean. Nice coffee

I really like Cafe Nero and this store's location is also very convenient (right next to Shepherds bush station) but that also makes it challenging to maintain the upkeep. Usually find it unclean with a haywire seats arrangement. I avoid going to this store unless necessary (other stores have a long queue).

Caffè Nero at Shepherd Bush Station is not allowing the customer to use the shop toilette.Unbelievable.I was feeling very bad, I desperately needed a toilette and they don't let me use it.How can they be open???Their licence must be removed.

Incredibly busy cafe due to it being right next the the underground station and next to westfields. In the evening it becomes less crowded it's still busy, people constantly in and out. Lovely staff working around, tried the new vegan cheesecake and it was delicious. Cafe Nero never lets me down.

Good service. Can sit and work with some power points. Has access to TheCloud free wifi. Washroom is tidy. Lighting is not too dim not too bright. Chairs comfortable. Coffee is good.

Ive been here a few times and always have a good experience. Once after i placed my order the man behind the register informed me of how i could change my order to save some money. I ended up saving 4 pounds, it was so nice of him and i greatly appreciated it, they also had a vegan pastry that was delicious
