Chicken Cottage in Hammersmith and Fulham

Very tasty chicken fry and grilled chicken with salad. Also cashier sabud afgan amazing behavior we enjoyed totally tonight. Thank you so much.

My 13 year old nephew placed an order as a surprise for his mother who was coming out of hospital. The order didn't arrive , and when his mother phoned the shop, they blamed the delivery firm for delivering to the wrong address.The delivery firm are adamant that they delivered to the address that the shop provided. They refused to take responsibility for the mistake. My sister even phoned up the companies head office, the phone was answered by someone claiming to be the ceo who appeared sympathetic and promised to refund the money and as a apology add some complimentary tokens. This has failed to materialise as of two weeks. Bottom line is that they have stolen £10 from a 13 year old boy. Order at your own peril.

When its good, its really good but when its bad it’s infuriating lol. Especially their chicken breasts, its always small and stale. Gosh, i hate chicken breasts. Anyway, overall I am often satisfied than dissatisfied with this branch, as opposed to the one in West Kensington.P.s I must add that they make an error, if you call them up, they are apologetic and do try to rectify it.

Taste is okay.Prices are reasonable but if you compare it with the prices then it would not be reasonable at all.They have to many choices roasted chicken or burgers also rice and chicken which are good for people who follow diet.The staff are friendly

Great food, great service and very friendly staff. Love their bbq wings and bbq wraps.

I thought it was fast food but it turned out to neither fast or food.The food arrived and had a taste of cleaning products. The chips more than the chicken but it really wasn't nice.A previous review stated workers were cleaning the floor then serving food. This maybe the reason for a disgusting taste.

Was passing by with a few friend's and decided to go chicken cottage, their grilled burger is one of the best ones available compared to any other chicken cottage, since then I travel 5 miles just for their grill food, service is amazing and price's are reasonable

Mediocre and overpriced fried chicken, however still acceptable. What I found disgusting though is that staff went straight from mopping the floor to handling chicken with their dirty hands. No masks or barriers either when talking to customers. Wouldn’t recommend overall as it is lacking hygiene.
