Chosen Bun in Hammersmith and Fulham

Shocking service, the delivery driver did not ring my bell and then when I called the shop a very rude girl answer and shouted "yes they did ring your bell" and then put the phone down. I will never be ordering from this shop ever again. I have zero idea of when my food will arrive and no it'll probably be cold. This place use to be nice not anymore their customer service is disgusting.

Used to be great - why be on deliveroo for my area if whenever I try to order it's cancelled? 3 times now! I give up!

Been ordering recently from here and the food is always hot and the portion sizes are good value for money

I love Chosen Bun! The Cheddar Bacon is my favourite and the vegetarian Korean Chilli BBQ burger is worth trying as well Yum :)

Good food and shakes but saw them use a scoop to handle raw chicken and then used the same scoop to scoop up fries into a box. Not great.

I’ve finally tried the chosen bun after so long and must say I will not be ordering from there ever again!!Opened the bag once delivered to reveal a large and rather attractive box that yelled out style in abundance!!, only to find on opening a super small burger that honestly looks like it could fit into a regular tea cup proving quite the disappointment, as an establishment with such a name you wouldn’t expect the chips to be the star.

This place used to have the best burgers and chips for miles. In the past several months they seem to have dropped the ball - the burgers are smaller and smaller, the chips are stale sometimes and the Fulham shop could definitely use a deep clean. They have just become average. The only good thing that remains is the packaging. Such a pity! Now I have to find another burger joint 😒

This is a burger restaurant located in the Fulham area of London.I will share my "take-away" meal experience from the restaurant.The ordering process was simple and fast.Delivery time was reasonable.The food arrived was still warm and the fragrance was still present.The restaurant took pain to preserve the burgers from "collapsing" with their packaging. The Davincheesy Blue Burger was fantastic. BBQ East Woody Burger was big. Their Rosemary Salted Chips was vere fragrant and tasted good too.Prices were reasonable.

Discovered this place a few years ago and honestly their burgers are one of the best burgers I’ve tried. I love their packaging as well, it’s simply genius! The burger gets delivered exactly how it left the restaurant. Plus their milkshakes come in these cut glass jars that you can keep and use for other things later on. The only thing I would say they need to improve on is their chips. Even though the packaging is great and the chips don’t arrive soggy, the quality of the chips isn’t great and very tough to eat! And this lets down the rest of the meal.

Great tasting fresh burgers, lovely lovely staff, great tasting chips, perfect shakes! Portions could be larger for the price :)
