Domino's Pizza in Hammersmith and Fulham

Twice now I’ve placed an order online to just have it ignored. You can’t reach the store by calling the number. I get it, things get busy, but this is just terrible service.

Avoid this dominos like the plague. Food comes 1hr late- they leave the food to sit for 20+ minutes after cooking and then the driver delivers 3 orders at once so your food is freezing by the time it comes.

Staff not friendly, got my order wrong and I didn't get my refund. Machine is always having one issue or the other. I won't be going back there ever

whatever you do do not order from this dominos. My order never ended up coming and now its midnight and Im starving . They didnt even answer any of my calls. Totally unreliable. Stay away. I would give 0 stars if I could

Possibly the worst service I have ever received. Placed my order instore and I was the ONLY customer there, there were no other orders before or after mine either. They made my pizza and somehow "forgot" to put it in the oven.I'm standing there for almost 20 minutes and no one blinks an eye, no one asks me why I'm still here or bothers to check on my pizza. After waiting so long I had to ask where my order was, only then for them to realise they haven't put it in the oven and then he has the cheek to tell me no no its fine it'll be done in 2 minutes I'll put it in now...I asked for a refund and walked out, the staff were extremely rude and arrogant, couldn't even speak proper English, the guy seemed like he just landed here from abroad and started his shift immediately, disgusting service.

My order turned up incomplete, missing pizza garlic bread. So I rang up to let them know and was put on hold for over 20 mins so I gave up wasting anymore of my time. The time before this they forgot a drink as well.

Taha Super customer service I order regular on my trips down to London but the service tonight was extra special thank you for your help with the order. When I order again I hope to speak to you again thanks Taha

Perfect taste, perfect presentation! Whoever made my pizza, you also made my night. Never have I ever received a pizza where someone has put effort into my toppings! So sweet and also shows they care! Also, kudos to the delivery driver too, he was really quick and polite!

Really poor, after a few decent pizzas. Ordered a vegetarian pizza that came with meat on it. Raised an issue and received an email confirmation that we had 'credit' for a free medium pizza as a replacement. Called four days later and after 15 minutes of back and forth on the phone, I was told that I didn't have credit. It's now been almost a month going back and forth on Twitter trying to just get the medium pizza refunded. Really disappointing

Last night ordered pizza from here, I was on the phone to the driver and giving instructions and even saw him from the window.But he decided he is tired, so hung up, got on his bike and just left.When I called the store, the managed simply said yes this happens, it late. offered the refund which I accepted, lets see if it will come through.But definitely sounded like this was very much how it goes.
