Today I came with my family to eat here unfortunately the food was horrible I'm a South American professional chef and this was insulting to us .Apart from the soup the bandeja paisa was bad the beans cold and without flavour not garlic cumin salt etc the meat was bad quality and also without any flavour. I spent 60£ for junk food. Apart of that they didn't accept bank card luckily my wife had cash with her .The kids menu was so poor and blant.

One of the best restaurants for Columbian food in London. The food is excellent and very flavoursome. We were introduced to the place by a South American friend, who said it is very authentic food. The service is fantastic. Love the empanadas, Arepas, Talapia fish, Plato vegeteriano and green plantain. Can highly recommend it to people who like to explore good food.

Walked in for a lunch with my husband, the place was not busy at all. Waitress then took our order. 40 mins later and nothing came out but our drinks. Called waitress and asked her what's happening. My husband asked her to at least take out something small to snack for me as I am heavily pregnant and they could clearly see that. She said she'll check. Minutes later we see the neighbouring table, which came in half an hour after us, receiving their order (which was exactly the same dish I ordered!). We then point out to the waitress that it is unacceptable as we were here half an hour before, ordered the same and are heavily pregnant. My husband approached the cook to complain, and instead of him taking responsibility and showing some customer service, he just blamed it on 'the new waitress' (which we know is not true as minutes after we ordered our waitress came back from the kitchen and asked us to swap dishes as one of our orders wasn't available + we did get our drinks out, therefore the order did reach the kitchen!).In conclusion - TERRIBLE customer service, disrespect and insensitivity to a heavily pregnant lady waiting 40 mins for her food while othersbeing served before us. The whole staff needs a good lesson in customer services and human relations.We then walked out as we were too hungry, and they didn't seem to care or do anything to offer compensation if we stay.

A hidden gem found off the beaten path! This is definitely worth checking out if you're looking for an authentic Colombian vibe in London! The bandeja paisa was huge - but also great quality and price. Carne empanada was lovely and crispy on the outside.

Staff nice, food delicious.... location odd

The waiter was really cheery and friendly. The food is excellent value for money. I ordered the Bandeja Paisa for £13.90 and it had fried belly pork, beef steak, chorizo, kidney bean soup, fried egg, rice, plantain and arepa. The restaurant is cosy and good atmosphere.

Authentic Colombian Restaurant, dishes are very generous (actually huge)! Seasoning is proper Colombian! Food is very healthy prepared like homemade. The staff is friendly and fast! Will definitely come back.

Very nice Colombian food. I'm Colombian and I can say the arepa is great and the desserts very Colombian. I enjoy tyne plantain with avocado and tomato. The bandeja paisa o its small version had darker beans than the ones we used to have in Colombia but the flavour of the dish is great. They only accept cash.

Great place. Authentic Colombian food. Huge servings so bring your appetite.Pleasant apmostsphere with plenty of space.I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to dry some south American or Colombian food.Really tasty.

DELICIOUS 😋😋!! Best Colombian dishes I've tasted. Excellent value for money, every bite was full of flavour, large portions and excellent service. Can't wait to go back for more.
