Clean hotel, functional, well located for Earls court and has an array of eateries nearby. Rooms are quite small, though there is a table it's not the environment to catch up on emails. Bed was comfortable, and slept quite well, the bathroom was fairly cramped and the water on the morning was fairly tepid and running as a trickle in the shower.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would encourage you to avoid it at all costs. (I got bed bugs). The staff is extremely rude and completely unhelpful. They have serious issues with their key cards which cause them to deactivate all the time and you have to go get new ones constantly. I once had to go back to reception 4 times before getting a working set. The rooms are out of date and gross. My first night I was in a room that was infested with bed bugs. After changing rooms they confirmed they found them and offered a very weak apology and still gave me a hassle when I asked for them to cover some laundry costs. The woman who eventually helped me with this issue was the only employee that left a positive impression. I would’ve left after night one but was with a group so I endured the next 4 nights. The curtains were stained, the rooms unclean. The a/c and temperature controls did not work. The ceiling fan in the bathroom did not work and the whole place would fill with steam which I think explains the mildew/mold smell that permeates the building. I overheard another guest who had their items taken from the luggage room because the staff were not collecting luggage tags from people. When I asked questions or sought help in reception I was greeted with blank faces and no empathy. The location is not great. There is not one redeeming factor for this hotel. The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

We stayed here with my sisters during 3 nights and we enjoyed this place a lot! Staff is very nice and helpful, breakfast is excellent, the room was great. The hotel is located close to the metro station & delicious fast food restaurants Would def come back!Maybe a lil tip I can give you for the future: you could create a convivial room where ppl can eat their own food (from deliveroo, Uber eats or anything else). So that we’d not have to eat in our room alone, we could meet other ppl from the hotel coming from around the world and then = promoting social cohesion ..

Nice clean room, we had a twin and the beds were nice and comfy, the duvets could have been a little thicker, but the room was lovely and warm. Hotel bar was reasonably priced, we had food and drinks but there were nicely priced. The breakfast was very nice, It's self serve but you could have what you want, there was more than enough to go around. Plenty of drinks and a nice atmosphere.

Good luck finding better value for your money. Breakfast is great. We had a small issue with a light and the shower but maintenance fixed it immediately. Location is fantastic with good connections. Great value.

Booked here in January but it is not the best hotel to stay. Bedroom was tired and very dated the breakfast was the worst experience!!Kid’s touching all food items a retuning them filling drinks bottles directly from the water and orange dispenser. Woman pushing in grabbing pastries with no tongs and taking away large plate full. Adults leaving used glasses on the top with all the clean glasses and the list goes on. I wonder if a lot of the people here were housed here ? But have to I won’t ever stay here again.

Great hotel! Location is excellent as it is next to the West Brompton station, amenities were good as well and room was clean with a good view. Only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5, is that the bed had 2 single uneven mattresses’ joined together instead of one king size mattress. Anyways, still I would recommend this hotel 👍🏽

Nice dog friendly hotel in London. Our room was clean and well maintained, and not bad for the price. There was an extra cost of £10 per night with a pet.

Nice hotel. Well situated.Very friendly and polite staff.Rooms are comfortable and decent value for money.Only thing making this hotel lower in score is how shocking their wifi is.Lots of drop outs, low speed and non connections. But the venue itself is superb.
