Really disappointed. Had my high hope to get something authentic and Taiwanese here but got some really bad beef noodle and fried chicken that felt like they were just taken straight out from the fridge as frozen food.

Relatively authentic Taiwanese food in London. 50% off for NHS staff takeaways ♡. The management and user experience are not ideal but those are more like cultural issues to me. Some negative comments revealed that those poor customers had no idea about how to order a proper meal or simply lack the readiness of enjoying the gourmets from a very different culture. I think the restaurant should include a set menu, a menu with photos and simple descriptions of each dish to improve their service.

As someone from Asia, I wanted to support the local Asian foods especially the Taiwanese's but the beef noodles is just not good enough, it's below average. They need to work harder in cooking.

Cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone for any purposes. My order didn't get taken correctly and seriously. The staff(owner) seems don't care what you actually need.Food do not taste good. Drinks are bad. It's a weird restaurant and style of the restaurant is weird as wellTaiwanese-like food but do not taste like Taiwanese food. When the staff are not friendly and helpful, plus food ain't good, I cannot find any further reason to recommend this to anyone. Avoid it as you can.

Food are so bad. They just named as a "Taiwanese" restaurant but food don't taste any way like Taiwanese food. They probably don't even know how to cook.Other than that, you won't get any nice service and the staff are just so rude. This is the restaurant I would feel unwelcome even I am so polite to them.I felt I am the one serving the staff and comfort them when they are mad at me for no reasonJust avoid it, at all cost.

Paid £35 for my food look at the photo worth it? Maybe if its half the price yeah and its not even in central london. Dont waste your time here since there are better taiwanese food out there with cheaper price. Not recommended and dont even bother. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

We ordered two Rice noodles soups with chicken today for lunch. The soups were bland, they weren't salty at all, not spicy either; the veggies were ok, the chicken was not that great though. Won't order from here again, unfortunately.

The chicken Katsura bento is good but the beef noodle soup let me disappointed and the Taiwanese noodle actually not really Taiwanese...

Come here if you want authentic, delicious Taiwanese food for a great price. All the dishes we had were amazing and just like they’d taste in Taiwan! The waitress was very helpful and don’t be afraid to ask for their recommendations! Atmosphere is nice, great place to come with friends or on your own and chill.

I really want to give a negative star , but there is no such option. Google may need to think about this option as an improvement.First of all, I want to say hello Ha-ja chef, seems like you call yourself a chef because you can get the food cooked . But you know nothing about Taiwanese food. We ordered 8 dishes , nothing is close to right, or tasty .- beef noodle (牛肉面), this is one of the Taiwanese signature dish, you got it so wrong, I think instant noodle is way much better that your. The soup is so tasteless , noodle is basically those dry noodle from supermarket . Oh man , put it this way, you got everything wrong about this dish , so please stop selling it.- pork rice (卤肉饭), another signature dish which is ruined so badly . To the owner or the chef , simple tips , first of all you need to cook the rice right . I do not even want to comment on the pork, cause it is so wrong .I think the above two is enough to judge whether it is a ok Taiwanese restaurant or not . The rest, are basically so bad that any Chinese takeaway is way better .I suggest the owner or the chef try to understand want Taiwanese food , or what food should be cooked and tasted , before calling themselves a Taiwanese restaurants. The food is so bad that made me angry for the rest of the night.Oh man , have some integrity.
